Great Workout and clear instructions. The music is killing me! Not a deal breaker but...music can be a motivator. Sometimes no music is better than bad music when hitting a workout.

I don't have the loop resistance band, I have the handle one. Will that still work? Also can you do a full body workout for the shorter handle resistance band.
Mine roll down too; I'm going to chalk it up to not being petite. I even bought 'large' bands on Amazon (TNT Pro Series) and they, too, roll down when I do squats.
They roll down on me too, and I am small. I find the lighter bands roll easier than the heavier ones. It looks like she is using a medium or heavy weight one.

you could still do most of these exercises without the band loop and still get a great workout!

Invest in fabric bands. I use the Arena Strength bands available on Amazon. They are a little pricey but absolutely worth every cent.

Static movements don't do much. Just holding your legs with the resistance band is not going to get rid of saddle bags haha

Somehow you are doing the ab workout incorrectly. You may injure your neck in the long run
