Today we are greeting you again from sunny Marbella.
Today we got to tour Marbella’s most luxurious Mega mansion (for Rent & buy), Villa Gratitude. This premium property is more than just a pretty façade, built for those who know how to relax and enjoy themselves. This impressive villa with its own separate guest house caters for parties of up to 22 adults.
There are a total of 11 stylish bedrooms, plenty of spacious terraces, lounge areas, parking, and sumptuous bathrooms too, most of which are ensuite. This charmed abode offers ample space throughout with substantial lounges,(the main lounge being 400 square metres), sweeping terraces and a very generously sized outdoor pool and lawn.

I always watching every house tour by MAROBROTHERS that always bring to us a very nice mansion. A huge mansion for families and guest. Resort concept. I saw this mansion one years ago and I still can't believe that is not sold yet. Truly one of a kind property. Exceptional presentation ak Marobrothers.
It's an ugly hall, and really overpriced.
They ask 35 million euro.. the house is nice and I know people who have been there. Size is spectacular. Some parts of the styling and also the location could be a downside for buyers in that prize bracket. Close to a lot of entertainment etc but not the views and security of for example la Zagaleta. It’s tucked in a “regular” living area
@@johansjoberg5751 If something is nice, that is personal taste. I think it's too big for a home. It's old-fashioned and really not worth the price. But again, that's my personal taste. Other people may like it.
@@iamcyrix I know a least one broker that think they may get upwards 30 in the end.. just the fact that they try to rent it is a sign that it’s not easy to sell. In that price bracket I think it was a lot easier to sell villa Cullinan than this house.. looks very well made but as you say.. the “old” styling may bit suit everyone..
Whenever a house doesn't sell it is ALWAYS a price issue. Buyers simply don't think that this house is valued anywhere close to 35mil.

I’ve seen this house a few times now and I don’t know what it is about this place it just doesn’t seem to have that wow factor, the living room is far too big and how many bars do you need in a house it’s just obscene. The best thing about this property is the outside pool area but even that wouldn’t be enough for me to part with my cash, great tour again you guys at least you guys are consistent always a pleasure to watch 👍.

The plot is amazing, but the more traditional style of the mansion and furniture limits the amount of people interested.
I don't have the money, but even if i had, the modern, open style of Villa Cullinan, Heaven11 and alike is more appealing to me.
More light, more air, and give me a fully usable 2nd story with a view. Maybe even a sunroof.
It's surely a particular style, but honestly a refreshment from all the super duper modern homes
I like it!. It´s an andalusian style with modern touches, well integrated with the local culture and the area itself. Reminds me a house designed by Villaroel or Schreck. People must understand that there´s not only one style for a house, the boxy minimalist white mansion, there´s more than one and doesn't mean the others are “old” or “old fashined”. It´s people choice what they want. In fact the andalusian style it´s a better house in terms of desing, efficient and insolation than the modern boxy ones.

Auch wenn die Meinungen zu diesem Haus ja durchaus geteilt sind, ich finds sehr ansprechend und trotz der Grösse gemütlich. Mal nicht so ein steriles und cleanes Interieur wie in den vielen modernen Designervillen. Ich sah mich da schon mit meiner Familie und meinen Freunden abhängen. Leider fehlt mir noch das nötige Kleingeld. 😅

Marbella is fabulous - for now. We sold our place earlier this year. In 20 years it will be uninhabitable due to global warming. Long before that properties will become unsaleable. Still, beautiful properties are around every corner.
There are awards for the worst dressed actors! There should be an award for the worst decorated houses! Only impressive details: Bar and Cinema! But for 35 mio you can buy a whole complex! No wonder this house stays on the market and will stay there unless some crazy developer buys the land and tears it all down.
