I guess the main issue with this property is what's going to happen to the surrounding plots of land. You could find yourself surrounded by construction for many years and who knows how new properties might overlook you.
Yes, Marbella is the victim of its own success in this regard with its property goldrush and population explosion. This is why Marbella is the only only Spanish city with a population over 100k in Spain without a rail station.

The space shown is great, but, the distance between the first step of the stair and the door seems like it is too close, it does not accompany the proportions of the lobby.... please please, check out how to pronounce facade (which, neither in french nor in english is pronouced like "faseid")

These videos take a lot of work and time to put together and it's difficult to dedicate enough time when there are lots of other important things to take care of, sales, the new office etc. I hope you do keep doing the tours personally, there is still a big gap between your level of presentation and your other team members. You are the face of the brand but ultimately as CEO your responsibility is to build your company rather than entertain viewers and you'll figure out the right balance eventually. Keep up the great work, it's interesting watching what you are doing.
