I was really genuinely and PATIENTLY waiting for PD to realize that the pink haired guy is Hanbin from I-LAND! 🤣 their reaction made my day!!❣It's also SO awesome how they put my thoughts into words. The way PD describes what they think makes me go like "I KNOW RIGHTT???" "EXACTLY!!!" and "YASSSS!!! THE RAPPER THAT YOU LIKE W WHITE HAIR WAS A TRAINEE ON UNDER19!! He was a popular member on the performance team and helped a lot of the other trainees improve their dance skills. He was also really close with Siyoung from Mirae, he actually trained with Mirae for a while as DSP N but I guess Yuehua got to him before Mirae debuted lol, or maybe DSP just dropped him for some reason but I’m so happy he’s with Tempest now

I also checked this out since I saw they were under everglow's company, and it's really grown on me! always been a fan of fresh boyish concepts and I saddens me to see it go outta fashion...I hope they keep this sound and concept for a while it suits them well ! I was also intrested since I saw one of the members and thought... wait I know who that is! The other two got into controversies involving dating and bad behavior, well idk if it got debunked (last year c-ent was wild as hell with these) but all in all they aren't as popular as the others but they still have a huge recognition among cpop idols. And I am with you, the gray-haired rapper, Hwarang, is sooooo charismatic and cool, he has caught my attention from the very first teasers. He has the It Factor, for sure. I am so excited for what this group will bring in the future!

Agree that this is one of the best boyband debuts in a long time. The song itself and the MV are a breath of fresh air. Yuehua really utilised everything they have to the maximum. Also, congrats to Hanbin for debuting! :)

- LEW (2k1, the brown hair rapper with lots of mics :D): Real name is Lee Euiwoong. He participated in Produce 101 season 2. He's the leader, lead rapper, sub vocal and composer.
- Hanbin (98, pink hair): Real name is Ngô Ngọc Hưng, Vietnamese member. He joined show I-land 2 years ago. He's the lead vocal, lead dance, oldest and the fake maknae ^_^
- Hyeongseop (99, black hair): Real name is Ahn Hyeongseop, joined the same show as LEW. He's the dancer, sub-vocal and MC of the group.
- Hyuk (2k, the one sings high notes): Real name is Koo Bonhyuk. He's the main vocalist.
- Eunchan (2k1, the tallest guy): Real name is Choi Byeongseop. He's the sub-vocal. He was trained to become a model before.

Immediately when I heard this song, it reminded me of Pentagon's bright-sounding songs. Like there is so much energy and fun packed into this song, and I love it so much. Their energy reminded me a lot of MCND in that way!

YueHua's Korean branch currently houses Everglow, Choi Yena, Woodz, and now Tempest. They manage WJSN's Chinese members (Cheng Xiao, Mei Qi, Xuan Yi) and often co-train trainees with Starship. They also house UNIQ, but all the members like Woodz and Wang Yibo have their own careers. If it wasn't for the political aspects of their business in South Korea, I'm convinced YueHua would be considered a top company in the industry for their quality and artistry.

I'm really happy with this debut. I was waiting for Hanbin to debut but the whole group really surprised me.
The MV is great and the song is such a good debut song, from the visuals to the concept to the message.
Love that it's a bit 'different' but in a simple way.
They also have amazing stage presence,I really didn't expect that. I'm a huge fan of Ateez (stage presence kings) and haven't seen anybody who's stage presence lives up to Ateez's but now after seeing Tempest, that changed my mind. I don't wanna compare groups, but their stage presence is something else and I can see them being famous for it.

i loved this debut...i've been checking out quite a lot of groups' debut songs and MVs and none stood out to me...since EN- for example, only IVE and now TEMPEST have been up to THE lvl that i like and grabbed my attention on first listen.
their bside, just a little bit is my favorite along with this title track :) and yeah...i do wanna follow them further and get to know the rest of the members better, since i only know my boy hanbin right now

I got to know about Tempest because of Hanbin. I've been a fan of Hanbin since his I-Land days. I don't know if you've watched it, but when Hanbin was still a Belift trainee he opened the Big Hit/Hybe's New Year's Eve event with a song (I&credible) from I-Land. Early this year YueHua annunced the members of their new boy group and I was so excited to know Hanbin was part of them and he would finally debut! Slowly I've started to know more and more about the other members of Tempest and I've fallen in love with the whole group. You are right, they are very different people from each other but they also complement the whole group really well. This is one of the strongest debuts I've seen in a long time and I feel so happy and excited for them! I really loved your reaction and enjoyed it so much when you suddenly realized Hanbin was part of the group! You could check out their official TH-cam channel "Tempest" and watch the covers they've made of some songs from other groups. 😉

I’m not a fan with cheerful songs from either girl group or boy group but surprisingly I really like this one. It’s not cheesy and just has a great vibe. It will not be my favorite song but I really appreciate it. This debut is very clean and does a formidable job: we can see goods raps,vocals, incredible dance skills and stage presence. At the end I want to see what they will do and present as I want to check the member so 10/10 for this. Also the grey guy is very memorable, direct on my check list for sure ! A lot of potential, I can’t wait !

Refreshing is definitely a good word to describe Tempest. Their MV was bright and fun and I wasn't really expecting anything from them, but they outdid themselves. It's on my playlist for sure. And I can see the comparison to MCND. MCND gave me the same feels Tempest did, fun and bright.

I think that *Woodz* is also apart of Yuehua entertainment as well. Yuehua artists are just incredible and the agency does a great job showcasing their skills and music.

I like how they did the same kinda video production for Bad News as Bon Bon Chocolat where the MV and set design are not narrative driven but instead deliver a really strong vibe and aesthetic. That's how you sell a rookie group. Yena is the exception here, but everyone who's paying attention to her has gotten to know her for like three hears now so they don't need to establish her vibe. Yuehua A&R simply does not miss

WOODZ!!! WOODZ is under Yuehua too, he and his group UNIQ are the first artist under Yuehua Korean branch they literally built that agency. Woodz has the most sales in the company people really needs to start recognizing that man and give him the respect he deserves as the senior artist he is, I know probably PD isn't aware he's under YH and that's okay this comment is not an attack just a clarification with informative purposes for those who don't know

I came for Hanbin but I'm quickly falling for all of them. They also had a great segment on Idol Radio. And Taerae really does have a fantastic smile (12:05)--who told them they're allowed to have two sunshine members? lol but overall I agree that they are really diverse and that's a positive point!
