- Adding another furniture build to the lineup! I have so much fun making these builds because of how many disciplines they combine. I was trying to find an end table for weeks until I decided to finally make this one and I think it was worth the effort. This one-of-a-kind moss table is truly unique and it looks incredible in my office. What do you think? Let me know in the comments and enjoy the video.

the tiny beardie couch is so cute omg
Petsmarts cute little beardy couch.
Kinda want to get my beardy one.
What’s a Beardy couch and why was it automatically capitalized? 😄
IDK abt that, r u on mobile? And its the mini couch his buddy was on at the very top of the episode @@tamaramorton8812
@@tamaramorton8812 at the beginning of the video he had an adorable tiny couch for his beardie, aka bearded dragon.
Big Tony on a tiny couch.
You are definitely a gift to the chaos and nonsense that is TH-cam 😅🌱
I agree. Another creator that has consistently delivered high quality content for years and years just like Serpa is Steve1989MREinfo. Completely different subject matter, but similar vibes in my opinion. Historia Civilis is also great.
Right? Not even sponsor messages which is even more amazing, considering how much work and money he puts into his videos, considering others just react to some irrelevant video, add nothing to it and have countless ads and sponsors. You can clearly see how much passion he has for this, especially when he mentioned how relaxing and enjoyable this was for him or when he went in and removed every tiny piece of debris from the moss. These videos are truly a pleasure to watch
@@user-kp2jz3qv2k It's always a better day when I get a new Serpa Design video drops :)
Yes.
Living with moss like that in your backyard is truly a gift.
I agree and really miss that after moving. But sometimes we need to do what we need to stay safe, healthy and happy. The angry alcoholic ex was best to leave behind, so had to say goodbye to my farm
i agree
you talking over the grinding sounds is a blessing and I'm so thankful. I'm sensitive to that grinding/sawing sound, I appreciate you minimizing that.
Your woodworking has reached a new level. Those mitered corners looked clean.
Wow, I swear if I could, my house would be filled with plants and scapes as unique as this. You never fail to inspire me....but my wallet soon brings me back down to earth 🤣😂
Tanner is definitely inspiring for sure. Unfortunately things do cost money but with the right tools and know how anything is possible and you most definitely can find almost everything recycled then just transform it into works of art. Almost all my diy builds are from recycled materials and rarely spend much of anything to put them together. But I do construction work and save a lot of scrap materials so that definitely helps. Maybe you can link up with someone who does construction and get bunch of free materials 🤷♂️ well I wish you the best and hope you can make some of your own builds soon 🙋♂️✌️
@@pumpkinchow Thank you so much for that lovely message. I too do a lot of DIYs to save the pennies. It's just when you see something like this....you want to go BIG lol. Thank you again for the nice message, and I too hope you have many happy DIYs ahead of you 👍
@@kieramoore6501 I also do construction and id be willing to bet that if you can find a company doing residential remodels or something similar locally, that they would love to give away materials that are otherwise taking up dumpster space. The amount of materials I throw away drives me crazy but I can only save so much.. it's not every day, but there comes a few periods on almost every job where we throw away excess lumber, drywall, tile, good carpet, cabinets... Plastic, foam, bubble wrap... Pallets, windows, doors.. You name it. Find a wealthy area, with old houses doing lots of remodels. Look for a sign, or ask for the contractors info and ask if you can save any materials that might otherwise end up in the dump. We always set out scrap metal next to the dumpster so the scrappers dont have to go digging. You might score some brass or copper if you keep your eye out.
The aesthetics of moss are just unbeatable aren't they!?
It feels boring to always post "absolutely stunning" every time, but I can't help myself - it always is!!!!
Sealed with the glass on top 😂😂 also love the little couch for small company- Adorable!
Both right! 😂
I'd like an update on how well the anti-mosquito/gnat stuff worked. I'm really interested since I want to make a natural enclosure with moss but I hate having to deal with those larvae...
Moss is Boss!
green couch, green moss, frog pillow = awesome
I realized while watching this video that I've been following this channel for many years now, it's just part of my life. Thanks for that :-) It's so unique and wholesome. Take care!
You make designing and building these beautiful pieces look so easy, but I know that comes from years of practice and experience.
Tony on his little couch on top of your couch made my day!
Absolutely beautiful as usual Tanner 💚
That timelapse of the Moss was beautiful!!😍
This is art! Watching your projects over the years have always been fun but you keep stepping up your game and getting better at everything! Your craftsmanship and originality is commendable! Great work!
I love Big Tony's couch, beside you, on your couch. Perfect for kicking back on a Saturday.
The production quality of your videos just keep getting better! Also that couch for your beardie is amazing.
The very first moss installation reminded me of an episode of the OG Star Trek: The Trouble with Tribbles. Beautiful work, and Tony is always a great sidekick, esp on his own stylish sofa. Paz.
Damn it, 11:30pm and I was about to sleep...
Not until I watch some Serpa of course!
Never knew I needed that Green couch. Now I do.
Moss is SUCH a cool plant
Gorgeous Tanner! Thanks for sharing another build with us.
Going from feeling low depressed and looking out to the gloomy winter day to seeing you have a new upload! 😄 Looking around my garden to start a little moss jar today 😊
wow, you are so talanted! its amazing to watch you work on your projects. thanks for letting us be a part of this
Love the green couch too!
I love these videos where he takes inspiration from nature to build these setups 🤩❤️
🥹That little couch!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤ Made my heart happy. Also the first moss you put into the tank reminds me of Dr. Suess. Now I’m gonna go look for moss in my yard. I love the little rolly poleys that came along. Beautiful set up and loved the whole video. God bless and have a wonderful day. 🙏🏻
I could watch you forever! Just absolutely love your talent and admire your skill!👏👏👏👏👏👏
It's awesome to see how good you've become at woodwork now. Very cool build!
Hitting those edges with a little round over with a router will really elevate the finish look of the piece. Love the vid as always thanks! The dowel joinery is rly nice... I've enjoyed seeing your woodworking skills improve over the years!
I can’t believe I hadn’t thought of soaking the mosquito bits in the water instead of trying to top the soil with the ugly things. Great tip 🎉
Love it! Only thing I would have done different is stain the wood so it is dark, for me dark wood seems to really bring out the green in moss and make it pop. But to each his own, it still looks amazing! Much love from GA ❤
So beautiful !!🌱🍃
I've been binging lots of your videos for hours! Your tanks are so entertaining! I want to keep fish or other animals when im older.
This video reminds me I really need to make a moss something. I've never done any terrarium or anything else like that before, but I have so much awesome moss in my backyard. Time to find a nice glass container and a light...
New SerpaDesign video let's go! I'm so excited, just from the thumbnail this looks so fun. I'm going to make a terrarium with moss soon, inspired by some of your videos, and this will probably help me too. It looks awesome!
So cool! This is a real work of art and I could see it having huge potential. WHo wouldn't want a beautiful mossy oasis like that?
it looks so pretty. also - because of your channel and your appreciation for moss i started to look out for it in parks and pretty much anywhere and love to see it growing on trees!
This guy can’t miss, another incredible project and video.
I really like the integration of good woodworking with your nature scapes. I would continue to improve your skill and create not only tank designs that awe and inspire, but in a nice finish, after all. wood is a part of nature too.
With every video I learn something new. Thank you.
Your furniture building is improving greatly!
Good Job Tanner. Thanks for Sharing!
Tanner you should definitely do a terrarium with the new bioluminescent Firefly Petunias!!!
Tony ❤ I love that he's now part of the Serpa team 😊
Beautiful 😊
And love the beardie couch accessory 😊😊😊
How beautiful! Great work on the construction, and a rich diversity of mosses.
Excellent wood work and a cool idea. Can't wait to see how this looks in the future.
Hey Tanner, You should make more update videos. I want to see all these projects at 30-60-90+ days.
Added this to my list of DIYs for when i get my new place! Would love to scale this up to a coffee table
I really want a table like this! Its truly a piece of nature inside. Thanks for sharing!!!
Thanks for what you do , i went from sad and anxious of not making it in my Dream life, to successful and living my Dream. Your videos helped me so much , thanks for sharing your expérience. It improved my self confidence and everything started to work. Soon my turn to buy my home and there will definitly be a few sanctuary for life to exist and animals to live happy ❤
Love from france
Wife and i saw a coffee table terrarium on amazon and want it so badly. We want to make it an isopod habitat
Getting close to nature indeed! Love your videos ♥
Absolutely stunning 😮
You keep giving me ideas. I love watching your channel. So inspiring.
I love moss and love it even more when seen what can be done with it. The table is beautiful!
Tanner was my first (and still absolutely the best!) YT channel. Even though every one of his projects is and has been excellent, his craftsmanship has increased exponentially over the years. The shear amount of his knowledge (woodworking, glasswork, bryology-I had to look that one up!, design, esthetics, etc.) and meticulousness just blows my mind. Thanks for all your amazing projects and allowing us to follow your evolution. Sending peace and love from Texas, Shari
This is one of my favorite projects you’ve done !!!
This is so beautiful. I really hope you plan to give us frequent updates on this amazing work of living art.
Beautiful, Tanner!
your level of creativity and talent is truly amazing
I love this! So many ideas are going through my head right now! Beautiful table!
1:38 Omg - Your new place looks so beautiful in the winter.
Pausing to say how much i LOVE the dramatic recreation of events
My goodness, you are so clever! The table is amazing!
Omg I use the mosquito bit technique on my houseplants! So cool to see you do it
My #1 inspiration uploaded another video? It’s going to be a good day! ❤
Beautiful! I was planning on building a moss terrarium today - the substrate recommendation was just what I needed! 🙂thank you!
Serpa Design, MD Aquariums, AND DR. Plants all dropping exactly at the same time! Today is a good day!😍
Love it Tanner!!! So pretty 😍😍
This turned out gorgeous!
So ive watched you for a few years on TH-cam now. Started as an asmr type thing to help me sleep. Something about you/ your work calms me down and helps me to relax. As a side effect of this, im now well versed in the art of small ecosystems lol. Keep doing what youre doing please. Youre helping people in ways you might not realize.
I agree 💯 Collecting moss mid-winter when it’s dormant allows it to acclimate much easier/faster.
Love this Tanner!!! It’s like watching Norm on New Yankee Workshop, but for the animal community. Love it!!
It looks beautiful! Thank you for sharing another inspirational project with us!
Again, another masterpiece. Thank you Tanner
Splendid work. I especially liked Tony's mini couch too.
This looks amazing!
The tiny sofa for the bearded dragon is adorable ❤
Beautiful! I love your unlimited new ideas.
Thank you for sparking my creative mind.
I loved hearing your construction noises in the background, during your voiceover!! Nice ASMR. love the project 😊
This feels like maybe the most professional video yet on the channel. What beautiful and unique piece. I’d love to see an update down the line!
Every time I watch one of Tanner's videos I ALWAYS learn something new. Thanks so much.
This is so ridiculously gorgeous, moss is so underrated
That was fun to watch. I think learning a bit more about wood finishes and staining (judging from previous videos) would take your pieces to the next level. Thanks for continuing to create videos for us
the moss... is so beautiful
This is probably the best IKEA furniture I've 💪🏼🤗seen in my life
LOL
I’m a journeyman level carpenter, a botanist, and a pest control expert… no big deal. But, seriously. You’re one of the coolest people on TH-cam. Thank you creating an amazing channel I can watch with my daughter to inspire our experiments and skill building.
This was a great build. I cant wait until the moss grows in more to make the 3d height contrast pop more.
I will say, I think you could use a nicer hardwood to add some depth of tone and color, but the pine keeps the price low and it still looks great.
Tanner, you could sell the plans for this table, if you wrote one up. It’s so unique and awesome!
I'm watching my comfort stranger age and change along side me while witnessing inspiring creativity gaining infinite bits of wisdom. My version of Bill Nye.
the small couch for Anthony killed me inside 😹
Wow..it must be amazing to have such talent. Always wished I knew how to build things like you do. Totally AWESOME💜👍
I love it! I would probably make little miniature scenes inside for special occasions. I learn a lot just watching you make the table.
My favourite Saturday morning bathroom presentation!!!
