ITALIAN STREET FOOD in MILAN 🇮🇹 #1 Panzerotti, Panini and Tiramisu in Milano, Italy!

- We are in MILAN, a city known for fashion, shopping and architecture. But in today’s video, we are guiding you to the BEST STREET FOOD in Milan!
We are starting our day near the Duomo di Milano to try a Milan specialty street food: Pazerotti, a deep fried turnover stuffed with amazing ingredients (cheeses, prosciutto, pomodoro). They were delicious, but not quite enough, so we went into the beautiful Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II (covered shopping arcade) to visit the Milanese pastry shop Marchesi 1824. In this retro cafe, we ordered Cappuccino, Espresso, Tiramisu, and Baba al rhum. We explore some of the beautiful city before heading to the legendary All’Antico Vinaio for their world-famous PANINI! Most of the menu is 6-7 euros and you can choose between many meats, cheeses and spreads. To wash it all down, we went to L'Alter Bar for a Milanese drink, the Hugo Spritz! And for dessert, we went across the street to Chocolat Milano for their incredible chocolate gelato!

Since I am Milanese and live in Milan, I happen to know all of those places. L'Antico Vinaio is an institution in Florence, it opened in Milan just a couple of years ago. We were lucky they chose Milan.

The food is obviously delicious, and your video is cool as always although I would like to comment on the food choices: I am from the area around Milan, and neither panzerotti nor babbà are typical foods of our region, rather a dish from the south of Italy. 😭 Italians are very proud of their local cuisine and I would not be surprised if mine was not the only comment to this effect 😆. So naturally I was a bit sad that you did not try any of our several local delicacies: Risotto alla milanese, Cotoletta, Trippa, Cassoeula, Ossobuco, and a very famous cheese, Gorgonzola. Perhaps next time? 😉
We did try risotto alla Milanese, ossobuco and cotoletta in Milan but we didn’t film it! The reason being is because we wanted to show street foods and small snacks in the Center of milan and not film in a sit down restaurant for this one! Thanks for your suggestions though 😀

there is no street food in milano, (I'm from there) but people are stupid proud and racist for something that is nothing special...so maybe think it twice before

I'm reliving my Italy trip through you two, love it! You can't go wrong ordering the house wine most anywhere in Italy - they are proud of their locally produced wines so they're quite good.
I'm Italian. Not always is a good choice. Sometimes some house wines taste like gasoline 😀

Dalle nostre parti, con le nostre specialità, vorrei vedere chi è che lascia un panino del genere per andarsi a mangiare una “spugnetta” di panino lì da McDonald’s. Se fosse per la maggior parte degli italiani, tutte ste catene sarebbero fallite già da un sacco di tempo.
