dan watts, awesome! Hope it works out well for you. I will say, had another guy comment that it would probably be easier to make the holes 1st then cut the front of them off with a table saw or circular saw. I will probably try that next time around.

Potter's Work I thought the same thing. But my grandfather is an amazing wood worker and is already looking into making it for me lol.

awesome! I'm in need of a DIY to hold 2oz paint jars upright. Looks like I could adopt some of your methods!

Sherri Sherman, I’m sure with a few size adjustments it would work out great! I smile every time someone new comes in the garage and my spray paint organizer is the 1st thing they notice lol. I need to make one more, I’m already full on the two I made. Thanks for your comment!

I like this you could just keeping adding to it for more cans amd hang it vertical or horizental. Also, could mount holes the other way but would block view. Thks

Laura, yep lots of variations could be made for sure! I actually need to make one more because mine are full!

Jacob, that’s an awesome idea! I need more already so maybe I will do that for the next one. Maybe have it stair stepped up a little and tilted so you could see the ones behind too.

Kappa TilGainz, you’re welcome, have fun! Another commenter suggested drilling holes 1st on a wider piece of material then using a table saw to cut the front of the material off to open the holes up. If I was doing it again I would probably do it that way. I had a couple of the “ears” break between the holes while I was drilling and just wood glued them back on.

Andrew, that would be awesome! I was actually thinking about making a shaker that my drill would hook up to and mounting it next to the rack as well

You could have gone straight to 6.48 where you show it and review what hole saw you used, and other essentials. It does make the cans easy to pick out. and neatens the garage.

Neal, I enjoy watching the build itself on other channels so I like to show that part of it on mine. I know that’s not for everyone...thanks for watching and for the comment
