Hello, I have this same Toyota Yaris 1.4 D4D 1ndtv engine with DPF filter, it has given me many problems, increased oil level mixed with diesel Many owners of this engine complain about this problem with the DPF filter on the D4D auto, which I do not recommend.
You just need to cut off your DPF filter in this case and program the car to EURO 3 and it will work, the bad news you may have some problems with the emissions. The DPF filter is one of the main problems for Toyota.

@@hamidtikobaini8725 Have you tried to clean the EGR valve? It's not difficult and not expensive, the engine vibrations may be caused if the EGR valve is clogged.

@@hamidtikobaini8725 In this case I don't know, my problem was only when starting on cold weather and untill the engine get's warm but I added some cleaning solution in the deasel and the problem dissapeared, I already have some simptoms for dirty EGR so I'll go just to clean it and I'll see how it goes.
I changed the gass station for a better diesel and this problem disappeared after couple days. Right now it's already more than a year and all good. If you have the same problem, try to change the fuel filter and try to fuel only the best quality diesel. If the problem doesn't solve than try to find a shop to clean up the EGR.

In my case it dissapeared by itself, it may be the fuel filter, try to change it.
