All 5 of these coins are from the years 2010-2024 and were minted at the Philadelphia Mint. I am specifically focusing on the follwoing years: 2014, 2015, 2018, 2019, 2023.

Ive found multiple 2023 Extra V pennies, but one of the most interesting of them is one where the extra v is clearly visible BELOW the shoulder! Could you possibly shed some light on that? Thanks for another awesome video!

I have two boxes each of 2018-P and 2019-P BU pennies that are unopened. Someday I'll have to open them up and see if I got lucky!
I always forget to look for these, partly because I don't find many Phillies.

Denver does have the 2022 DDR (yes it’s verified) but they are hard to find great list and excellent information thanks for sharing see you on the next one👍🏼👊🏼

I think these will rise in value over the next ten years because they won't hold up as good as copper cents did already you see these cents in worst shape than coppers for the same time period!!!
I agree. I think all the zinc cent errors will grow in value as high grade examples NOT pulled from circulation early will be hard to find in great condition.
I used to thought that the memorial Penny's we're the modern variety but i realized my mistake😅
I have found the 2014 (at PCGS right now), 2015, 2019 - but I haven't really been looking for the 2018 - guess I should add that to the list. And somehow, the VDB-V has eluded me. I wish PCGS would recognize some of these later DDO's. And there are some hard-to-spot DDO's on the 2015-D, 2018-D, 2019-D and 2023-D, but I haven't found any. Another great video!

Thank you Rob! I myself cannot "get into" the zinc pennies. They feel cheap and the zinc seems exposed on quite a few pennies. These will not last long. Just an old guy grumping, I know, LOL!

I found the 2014 DDO in grandma’s jar of change. She let me search it, and that was the only variety I found in there.

I found one of the 2023 Extra V Pennies recently! I devised a way to easily search for them with a jar full of 2023s!

I use a little cardboard penny holder I made to see the Pennies at an angle under the scope, then if I see anything on there I check under the loupe then with the naked eye!

This doubling is difficult to see for me zrob, plus wonder who will buy them, I have a v penny but I just have trouble identifying the double dies
Yeah, without a microscope, they can be tough to see for sure. People do buy them BUT you need an online presence or an online store like eBay to get more "buying" eyes on them.

I’ve found 14 VDB-V’s so far coin roll hunting here in the northeast and I’ve never got a whole roll of 2023s yet, just a few in a roll at most.

I would focus more on the 2023 xtra V ! Or even a no VDB 2023 coin ! The DD's are definitly alot harder to grade ! Great video !
Something else to look out for is the 2019-W. They were only included in mint sets, but you never know what you'll find in circulation!

LOL, the mat is not all inclusive, just the ones that are recognized by PCGS (except for the 2015 which I put there becuase I find them). Technically, I need to add the 2014 since PCGS recognizes that one now.

Never have bothered with shield cents because I think they are the worst design us coin rite up there with the Ike , But I do have a Few of the 2021 Strike throughs and DDO's .

I Don't see how these Cents can be worth anything, I would never spend any money on these, it's just bad craftsmanship at the mint, and the USA is just pumping out these worthless Cents, spend your money on real, vintage coins that are pretty and have face value and more 😊
Collectors are paying a premium for the right flaws, absurd as it seems.
I hear you and pretty much agree, but as long as there is a market for them (and there is), might as well look for them. Happy hunting!
