Last November I flew business class on WestJet's 787 from Calgary to Paris. I had a window pod such as the one you're in. I really enjoyed it. Next month I'm flying from Calgary to Tokyo, again with WestJet 787 business class.
im going to tokyo at some point in the future, and am wondering if buisness is worth it. its 5x the price from economy, but i have chronic back pain, so thinking it will be :)
Love the Dreamliner pods! Best flight to Mexico i've ever had. Going back this year but westjet doest break out the Dreamliner until mid December for that route unfortunately!
Nice job mate, used to work in Calgary and loved Westjet now living down near Seattle. As a Brit always looking for good/interesting ways of flying to the U.K, via YYC or YVR and then onwards with Westjet looks like a fun way to do it. The business class fare you quoted is excellent. Happy travels
Appreciate it!! I know WestJet gets a lot of business from people in the Western USA flying to Europe. Would definitely recommend! WestJet never seems to have deals on their flights to London but I have seen deals to Edinburgh in business for even cheaper than this Dublin flight. Cheers!
The little buggies are amazing. A step ahead. Because you have to be first class or pay for the nice golf cart to truck me around in other places. I would have DIED if I wasn’t first class in DXB based on where I needed to be. And still had to take a train.
Sad the weather lounge does turn into a gong show at times. It’s amazing. But they let flights overlap too much. And was like a family style bar when I was there I could barely get a seat which is annoying.

The Westjet Calgary lounge is one of my favorite in the world. They even have a kids play area in the back.
