Being a New Yorker for almost 60 yrs. I would never live there. Nice to hang out, throw a party, but to call it my primary home... absolutely not! Zero privacy, noise out of this world, etc! But it's a nice place...not a home.
I can't be objective because I despise New York, but that looks like a nightmare. Views of what? Taller buildings that all look into your property? It's like a prison without bars. Floorplan is awful. Everything is way too narrow. It doesn't look like you even own the whole roof. Am I wrong? Isn't there another unit up there? No sir, I don't like it.
The roof apartments are divided there are two apartments on the roof both originally priced at $23 million. They’re now both down to 12 or at least one.
@@deraykrause4517you dont know new York culture. No one is looking into your apartment no matter how “vulnerable” it looks nobody cares about you. Everybody got their own life and things going on and trust me if they’re higher they are NOT going to their window to look at you please 😂
If this Penthouse was in Miami by the beach not boxed in by buildings at that same height so you could hear and smell the ocean it would be perfect.....and probably a few million more lol
I dont see how those windows can be left open without being flooded with pigeons/poop. Can't forget to mention all the noise. Nice finishes but I can see why this hasnt sold.
This building has been shown on TH-cam and has been for sale for I think three years now it originally aired at $23 million. No one has purchased it. It is now down to $12 million. It is an amazing building gorgeous location, but every single window looks in on the property 0.0% privacy. You’re on display all the time.
I think this tour was a way to write off a NYC vacation trip as a business expense on his taxes, because this place blows, lol. I would feel claustrophobic on the terrace; surrounded on all sides by much taller buildings, looking down on me. It's like being in a $12,000,000 cave. Love you Jason, but hate this place.
What a luxuriously beautiful fish tank! Great Job though Jason you're awesome as always but nah.... $12Mill to put my life and family on display? I'll pass.
Jason you’re in my city. That first room is like what? Oh I see the sliders. Dining. Odd tv room. How is the tv going to be perpendicular to the sofa? The outdoor balcony space looks great. Like the wine fridge. 1st floor guest bedroom and bathroom. I’ve never seen multiple tracked sliders and windows like in the primary. Interesting en-suite and layout in general.
Small bedrooms, basic structure, no luxury, no pool, no golf course, no bowling alley, I don't want to wake up to views of old buildings then look down and have views of trash everywhere,......I can keep going with criticism. New York is out of control and realty companies should be sued. Not for the actual price but for the "idea" of a $12 million price tag for this embarrassment of a high rise.
You don't need a TV when you're the TV show. That place has 0% privacy factor
Damn...this place has already been listed for over a year... Arvin Haddad needs to do a critique of this place.
Nice Tour Jason 👌
I was thinking the same thing too! Where is the Arvin Haddad video telling me to spot the 3 flaws right off the gate?
Men of culture, we meet again 🧐
The first thing he'll say is what everyone else is thinking. 'Privacy is nil.'
This place would be perfect to buy and live in provided you keep the shades closed at all times and never go on the balcony--EVER!
That's indeed the absolute weirdest couch TV set up I've ever seen. Should've just not put a TV in there lol

that draw my attention as well, there is literally no privacy so that makes me a bit nervous tbh
Whoua!!! 28,000,000 Two years ago !!!now 12,000,000 Two more years to wait and i would have it for free!!!!
Four more years, and they would pay you to take it.
*"If you ever wondered what it was like to live in a Penthouse; never seeing a sunrise or sunset ... "* 😉
Hell no, I couldn’t live there.
This place has been toured so many times because nobody wants to buy it.
Windowless bathroom is actually considered bad feng shui
But a bathroom with windows is considered entertainment for the neighborhood in Manhattan.

I have a feeling that the people around you don't consider you too smart
@@smokiedavinci why? Fail to see how having a subjective opinion on a piece of real estate, somehow equates intelligence.
That's is the most sexy prison ever

More New York content Jason

Didn’t see a single pigeon the whole time I was there!

No need to comment... it's all been said -- and is accurate.
He said he doesn’t watch tv 📺 but name drops American Psycho. 😂😂😂
It is a movie
I agree it’s just a view of buildings and I’m from there but not a great place for a penthouse
Wow 🖖
“Things that people travel around the world to see, you’re just leaning out and enjoying.”
*- Flex & A Half*
Listed for years & still not sold. It's not selling because it doesn't have any privacy.

Cmon!!!!! This is dope
This feels more like an apartment with lots of spaces, not a penthouse vibe
Needs to be raised another 10 storeys
Oh my God how do you know the Budeau Budaux wine? That's very exclusive!
No one is gonna buy this. Imagine bringing a date home and whole city can see what you guys are doing? lol
What a luxuriously beautiful fish tank! Great Job though Jason you're awesome as always but nah.... $12Mill to put my life and family on display? I'll pass.
Yeah, I'll take a mansion in Florida over this any day.
Rich people can afford both
The primary is literally the second floor hallway wasted opportunity
Executive open prison for $12,000,000, me thinks.
The only thing that looks like it's looking at is that building that's looking back at you
Some things I like, other things I don't. Id rather spend $12 million on a lower floor of a condo on Billionaire's Row!
For that price I'd rather look for a condo in Miami and have views of the ocean. Nice tour though 😊
Privacy is the problem
The furniture is a choice. 😅😅😅
Lol bro this the 5th person i seen trying to sell this , lmk when it drop to 8m 😊
I just happen to have that 1942 bottle.
That's the best vintage.
Works for me
Your videos are too short Jason!!!
This place has been for sale for a long time after multiple price drops
I’m trippin or this the one amp was at?
isn't this the one Bad Bunny rented for a year?
Jason: "I don't watch TV."
Rule #1,965,487. If you watch too much TV, you'll never be on it.
What a terrible missed opportunity, it’s junk.
I think that tv room is supposed to be a butlers pantry?
INCREDIBLE!
💜
Real estate drake strikes again
Terrible use of the space and poor furnitures.
There is some potential but it has to be completely redesigned.
This is the most depressing penthouse I have ever seen
mouth watering finishes, top of the line appliances with cutting edge marble..................Trophy home
Isn’t this Bill Ackmans place?
lmao this house has been on the market for years now
You are in my city i hope that the Mayor gives you the keys to the city 🔥🔥🔥🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
That shower in the master is kind of meh.
Супер!

Ummm…. 🤨
Lol
not worth more than $250,000
Bro you got to stop doing that... when you are going to nyc please make a RSVP so your nyc subscribers can meet you
12 million still too much-- pass
this gotta be the ugliest penthouse
