It’s at least 52k per month times by 12 months, the answer to that times it by 20 years of rent and that’ll be pretty much the valuation of the property
Im sorry, great video but this house is not worth anywere near 14 million dollars. You have reviewed houses that are twice the size with far better finishes for half. The common areas looked like an appartment. My kitchen is litteraly bigger than that.
Agree! The spaces are very small and narrow. The view is partly blocked. The ground zen area looks horrible. Layout is chopped up. The upgrades are just not here to justify the price. The guest area layout and views is more nicer than the entire house
@lifewithphoenix7972 correct for 14 million dollars you expect luxury and nothing about the house screams luxury except maybe the master but even that is not at the level of 14mil. From the tiny pool to the tiny kitchen the lack of walking closet in the secondary bedrooms I mean is a nice little house but far away from the price.
because it's "miami" everything is extremely overpriced, most of these homes he shows you could get the same sq footage, pools, beds etc. in Texas or GA for like 2 to 3 million tops. It's nice to look at but i'm not paying an extra 10 to 12 million dollars just to look at some palm trees.
Hey Jason. Entrance with a view. Nice there’s another sitting area for the guest bedrooms. Pool. Elevator. Movie theater. Omg 😮. Love that open primary suite with a mini living room. Wow. 2 huge closets. Nice rooftop terrace. Nice home. Thanks for the tour.
Who is going to pay $69K a month to rent a place? A celeb can buy it outright. A regular person with a hefty income can buy it with a mortgage at way less than $69K. That's a no from me, dog.
A lot of millionaires don't buy the places they live in cause prob it isn't economically the best idea for them. They prefer to invest those 5-10 million ls
If you plan to live in a place long term the it does make sense to buy and build equity over all those years but if what you want is a place for the short term, then renting is the better option and rather invest that money into some income producing assets!!
Damn 69k a month… there’s levels to this stuff man jeeezz

Paying for the location and water frontage.
You clearly don’t understand location in real estate. That parcel of land is easily worth $8M

Great work here Jason, wonderful episode!
This house looks like it was designed by a guy who wears white suits but is also very fond of having his house look like a startup business office

Can you do some of Dov Starks, Prestige Homes in Fort Lauderdale? They are the baddest homes!!! Find them on TH-cam. Nobody has a done a proper tour.
Thought this was Frank Sosa’s crib for a second. Has a similar view of the city too. Ps, tour the real Sosa crib if possible.
More Food Reviews Please 🙏
