So glad to see you again Lily! It does take a while to get life in order in these situations, please don't despair and keep following your muse, something will come up eventually, trust me. I wish you all the best and I'll gladly keep following your adventures here on YT 🙌 Cheers!
Hi Lily, it’s so nice to se you so happy and emotional about this experience. I recently had a similar experience and it’s hard to explain to people how it feels. I met someone who had struggled with eczema and gut issues for years and told me he cured himself by making a shift in his mind and telling himself he’s stronger than what he eats and that there is nothing wrong in him. I’ve had gut issues for 11 years now and have tried everything and have lived compromised by food without being able to enjoy it. When I had this conversation it really got to me in a way I shifted something inside me I had never done in these 11 years, I think most of these skin and gut problems come from the mind, worrying, constantly trying to find a solution, the next thing that will cure you. I just wanted to share this with you because I can really relate to it and maybe it helps you in a way. The mind plays such an important role when it comes to this,
I am in my 70’s and have suffered eczema life long. This is an old remedy my mum for me. She kept cheese cloth, moistened in the fridge and whenI started a new flare on my arms she would wrap a cloth around the arm the leg and I would get almost instant relief from heat and itch. I think hydrotherapy has taken this to the next level. I wish you good thoughts on your new therapy.
So nice to see you on TH-cam again. I've followed your other formats as well. Commenting here suits me best. I so understand your struggles with anxiety about restaurants. I would be completely hesitant to take the risk myself. It seems the smallest changes I try to make in my life set off anxiety for me. All I can do is let you know, from across the pond, I'm following along and sending best wishes. Take care.
Recharge your batteries Lilly and take some well deserved down time there is no shame in burnout or other conditions such as PTSD and you can always go back to the yeast in a while if you wish when you are strengthened again
Oh, Lily, I'm so glad you're feeling better! It sounds like BetterHelp has a wonderful treatment plan they've developed for your healing journey. When you were talking about the use of hydrotherapy at the facility in France, I noticed an image of a water-jetted bathtub that I'm presuming might be located in your parent's house where you're living now back home? if that's the case, I wanted to share a suggestion to consider the possibility of changing out that water-jetted tub to an air-bath tub style with different therapy options, such as the ones by BainUltra (www.bainultra.com/therapies) or Kohler. I'm a registered interior designer in south Louisiana, (just north of New Orleans) in the USA, and I've specified these style air bathtubs for many residential new construction or remodeling projects for clients needing a therapeutic bathtub. It's just a thought. Anyway, it's so good to hear you're on the mend.
Hey! Thank you so much - the baths with the jets were actually at the hydrotherapy centre in France so don’t have that back home sadly! But I will look into the ones you have suggested; thank you so much 🥰
