Do ya'll have a video by chance, related to super automatics and the "general" amounts of coffee vs milk for each drink? This machine in particular, as I just purchased one to be delivered tomorrow.

Okay we have a 4300 and I have adjusted it multiple times, about 100 drinks in and we still have soupy pucks. I have used many Juras and I noticed the pucks are generally pretty dry ok maybe less soupy. Is this a Philips 4300 issue? I have watched a lot of your videos about how to adjust a super auto to help with a soupy puck I feel like I might be doing something wrong. Any ideas would be amazing.

Would be great to have an actual guide on panarello steaming, especially with this device. I've gotten solid results (never anything micro enough for latte art), but some of the tips and tricks for panarello wands seem to not work for me. Would be nice to see the panarello tricks actually performed instead of just attempting to go off of comments or super old videos. The general tips for steaming certainly helps a bit, but the panarello really does perform differently enough that I feel like it could use its own tips/tricks video.

Hi team - thank you for the video! I took out my brew unit to wash it off. There's yellow gunk here and there. Is that manufacturer grease? Or excess coffee residue? I only find the grease/gunk around specific joints/areas. Thanks!

Hello! I have a question. My dad's birthday is coming up and I want to get him a good coffee maker. He likes high-quality coffee but he only drinks black coffee, no espresso, frappuccino, etc. What would be a really good countertop, plumbed, coffee maker? I'm not really worried about price, but nothing super outrageous. I'd like it to be high quality and simple to use. It doesn't need a lot of extra features because he won't need them or use them. Thank you in advance!

It doesn't need to be bigger than 12 cups. However It could be programmable to change the amount of cups, that would be even better.
