    This was a really great video! Seeing that this was posted earlier this year, I wanted to know if you still use this press and does it still hold up (uneven heating, malfunctioning, ect.) ? If it doesn't, how long we're you able to use it, before it started showing problems? I am really looking into getting a new press, and I just want to be sure that I get my money's worth. Thank you!

      Thanks! This press still works good for me. Nothing has gone wrong still works like a charm. Only thing I would say is have some type of tape so the mat won’t move if that’s ever what issue.

      I have had mine since 2018 put some Velcro in the bottom mat and heats up about 7-10 degree less then it says

    I was thinking about getting this last year but decided I wanted to go with one from StarCraft... ultimately I didn't get either cause POD is calling my name again 🤦🏾‍♂️. I have to do get back on my research and make a decision this year tho.

    • @officialtburt

      I definitely understand that! Lol I still do POD as well as make my own shirts. But yeah POD is easier but making your own shirts is better profit in my opinion

    Thanks for sharing , what decent cost efficient printer and and heat press paper do you recommend?

    • @officialtburt
      @officialtburt  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I’m Sorry but I don’t have a printer I just use my Silhouette and HTV lol and when you say heat press paper are you referring to heat transfer? Or the heat Teflon?

    Iv really been wanting to start making my own shirts/hoodies/sweatshirts for almost 2 years but iv been so nervous! I have NO IDEA where to start! What to get! Etc! Like what all do I need in order to start?? Computer? Cricut? Printer? How to go about getting designs?

    • @officialtburt
      @officialtburt  ปีที่แล้ว

      Well that depends on what style of shirts you want to make. If you want to use vinyl like I did in my videos, then you will need a silhouette or cricut, computer, and a heat press machine. I have a video on my silhouette if you're interested in it.

      @@officialtburt good! Just did some measurements on my gf gymnastic team shirts and they are about 13”. I know you said you don’t have issues with dissipation of heat on the edges but I did see maybe 2 reviews saying something about that and they had replacements that were a bit better. Must just be the usual “only review if it’s broken” deal. There is a newer model as well I saw. On the previous version you have does it have a slide out base as well or is that something the new one has. Pictures and descriptions on Amazon don’t say.

    • @officialtburt
      @officialtburt  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@RED89P13 It could have dissipation of heat but it just depends on the press. Luckily I haven’t had any issues with mine. But the one I have doesn’t slide out or anything. I haven’t seen the new version of it but if it slides out I would recommend that. It makes it easier to place the shirt honestly
