Why offer a JPG in 8x10 when the original design is made for 2:3 ratio?

Easy to watch and very informative. I have got it to work and have set up a listing with 242 variants. 3 products, 6 colours, 7 sizes. it took a while to synchronise. I thought I could then use this as a template for other designs. Just change the artwork with a bulk Edit. BUT, when I copy or duplicate the listing. The duplicate variants are now all unsynced and no access to edit the print file. It is disabled until all the variants are resynced. My Question is how do you use this as a template to speed up the process of posting listings?
