I'm on the way to start this business 💪, but on the start I will only do mdf coffee tables and pour epoxy resin on the top, because don't have any workshop and not many tools to work with wood, any tips for the prices? Didn't see epoxy table with mdf 😔

Hi Greg. Question for you. I noticed you were applying a thin coat of epoxy over the wood while there were still CNC machining marks. What is the reasoning behind this? Why not sand first then apply the thin coat to fill all the voids and cracks? Just curious. I also market only to the high-end buyer and have done pretty well. Not $500k/yr yet but, close to 1/2 that and I'm work by myself. Hoping for a big 2023.
What we found is that we save the whole process of sanding the cnc lines out, then to apply a thin layer of epoxy just to sand it off again. Both methods work, but like i said the method that we use is working for us. Hope this helps. Thanks for the support

How much money i need to start?
You'll need some tools, some space... the biggest upfront expense is probably the wood.
First, get some experience, try to make small epoxy things, like chopping boards. Then be a shark!
