    piggy, might be best to give post up the part numbers, and where you get your stuff from. Just to bump up the video more.

      Then in a few days/weeks those part numbers or links will expire and I get dozens of messages moaning that my links expired... I appreciate your thoughts but been there, it gets exhausting to keep updating them... All for 10p a month video income!

    What side of the car is this on? Drivers wheel side?

      Doesn't matter. Just mirror image it for the other side! 😜

      @PiggyPower thankyou. Having an issue where my traction control light is staying on. Not sure if I accidentally turned it off and don't know how to turn it back on because it doesn't have a button 🤣👌

    What was the fault on the diagnostics?

    • @PiggyPower
      @PiggyPower  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi there. On the ABS system, it could ping a couple of different faults depending on the sensor failure. Always best to do live data testing to confirm 👍🐷

    Why bury the connecter that deep in the engine bay with crap access, making a simple job a pain in the ass. Think ill just cut & solder mine.

    • @PiggyPower
      @PiggyPower  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      That will likely bring up a fault code due to resistance changes and you've have two dead sensors!
      It's really not that buried tbh... Should try modern vehicles with 15 plastic covers

    • @jasonpascoe6989
      @jasonpascoe6989 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @PiggyPower I soldered it this afternoon and the Abs light has turned off and no more pop up warnings on the centre console :)
      If I wasn't planning on scrapping the car at somepoint this year I would of invested the time to do it properly but it's just a cheap banger 2 get me from a-b.

    • @PiggyPower
      @PiggyPower  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@jasonpascoe6989kudos to you. But I am a bit baffled... The time it took you to get the soldering iron out... Wait for the iron to heat up, strip the wires ..prepare the wires... Solder... Shrink wrap.... In that time alone you could have unplugged the old one and plugged in and routed the new one?!? 😂

    • @jasonpascoe6989
      @jasonpascoe6989 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @PiggyPower Mine was on the driver side which is tighter access than the passenger side and there was no way my fat hands/arms were fitting down that gap and I don't have anything that would of reached down there. Litterally took 10 minutes to solder it and pop the wheel back on. It was 2 degrees outside when I done it so I chose the quickest option for me.. May be a bodge but I worked 😉 lol

      @@jasonpascoe6989it’s easier to access the abs sensor on the drivers side I find…. I’d have that unplugged and new one plugged in, 30second, maybe a bit more 😜

    • @PiggyPower

      Check everything on your braking system. There should be a light on the dash along with the warning sound.
