    Anxiety happens when you think you have to figure out everything all at once . Breathe . You're strong . You got this . Take it day by day .

    Nice information. .
    Be careful what you feed your mind. Avoid comparing yourself with others, reduce watching negative social media and avoid constipation as it affects the mind. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives relief from stress-anxiety. For a relaxed mind observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 10-15 minutes or more. You can sit or lay down anywhere, be as still as possible because stillness reduces thoughts--eyes open or closed--No deep breathing. Don’t fight your thoughts. Never meditate with expectations. Make it a lifetime habit to observe your breath day and night before sleep, when travelling, when reading, at the workplace etc, etc. Best wishes--Counsellor.

    • @shyaaammeneen63
      @shyaaammeneen63 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@lauriemtz8616 Deep breathing does not suit everyone as it could affect the lungs. Have you noticed that the incoming-outgoing breath speed changes as per your mood--very fast when angry and slow when relaxed. Since the last 20 yrs I have made it a habit to observe my breath at the entrance and within the nostrils and feel relaxed. This is a famous international meditation practice known as vipaasna practiced in many countries. If there is a centre in your city then join because the 10 day retreat is free and life transforming. Best wishes. Counsellor.

      Yes, honestly, I have the will power to ignore every other symptom except for the shortness of breath. I noticed that whenever I experience palpitations, the intensity of my shortness of breath also increases. And when the intensity of my shortness of breath increases, I start to feel anxious and panicky.
      My cardiologist told me that my symptoms are caused by the MVP(Mitral Valve Prolapse) and Mitral and Tricupidal regurgitation. At the same time, he also mentions that I suffer from anxiety disorder. He doesn't seem remotely concerned about my heart diagnosis. He didn't give me any meds for MVP/MVR. He just told me to do a yearly heart echocardiogram. Nothing more, nothing less.
      What's interesting about my cardiologist is that he links MVP symptoms with anxiety disorder symptoms. He told me that no one will tell you this link between anxiety disorder symptoms and MVP. According to him, anxiety disorder symptoms are just a byproduct of the issue with MVP. In other words, the root problem is actually MVP, according to him.
      Who knows at this point what actually is causing my shortness of breath? My previous primary care doctor thinks it's post cov!d syndrome and the new primary care doctor thinks this is caused by anxiety disorder.

      Kratom works really well to kill my anxiety, but it has to be taken in larger doses to have a sedating effect which means you run the risk of developing an addiction to it if you use it daily to medicate anxiety. Ashwagandha works well for me but it should be cycled, eg take it daily for a month then have a 2 week break.
