Thanx sir for such a informative video, sir mai 1 year phle HLA B 27 positive diagnose hua tha mere right ribs cage me last ribs me pache ke side pain rhta hai. tab se 3 rheumatologist change kar liye par aram nhi mill rha , ESR AND CRP normal hai , but exercise start krne ke 3 -4 day ke bad pain bahut jada bad jata hai fir continue nhi rakh pata , abhi mai entacept 50 mg le rha hu 6 week se par mujje koyi bhi relief nhi hai

Sir i have ankylosing spondylitis from last 3 years . I was in remission for 2 years. But from last 6 months my lower back is hurting a lot . I went for an x-ray and there are mild osteophytes in lumbar and cervical. Is this fusion or is this reversible. I am 24 years old . I have to quit my job due to ankylosing spondylitis . If the recurrence of AS activity is since last 3 months, I am sure it would settle with medicines. Please see a rheumatologist asap.
