      I’ve added timestamps to make it easier for people to find specific drills.

    yes, yes grappling mobility with plenty of combo, I'm most of the time very badly injured out of BJJ if I can get some movement in that helps a little, I will need all I can get, no train partner for rolling flows or general and classes I get pushed aside, till my next return, and years being injured becomes will I be still young enough to live my grappling dreams...

    you have one hell of a thumb nail

  • @somefuckstolemynick
    @somefuckstolemynick 7 ปีที่แล้ว

    The first time you start drill 5, you put your right hand on the bag before you out your knee up, after that you don't, but just put på knee straight up first. Does it matter? And if so, which one is preferable and why?
    Thank you for a great video!

    • @somefuckstolemynick
      @somefuckstolemynick 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you!
      But about my questions, which is the "correct" way to do it?
      Is there any chance you could make a video where you demonstrate these moves on a partner? So we could see how they are used "in real life"?
      Once again, great video and great exercises!

    I never had any BJJ lesson before, what technique can be performed with this handstand-like movement that can be seen in moments such as 2:58?
