Wow...excellent, FWC!. I have a 1957 Rolex OP ref. 6564 with the exact movement. A few months ago, I serviced mine because when I first acquired it, I did not know its service history and the crown felt gritty when winding. These old Rolex movements are made with the watchmaker in mind and are a joy to work on. Thanks to your tutelage all turned out well. You're a good egg, FWC 😎⌚
That is a cool bracelet, they sure were experimenting a lot of things back in the day. It would be interesting if these kind of things would be come back to current watches with maybe some durability upgrades to minimize the need of removing or adding links to bracelets
what a beautiful vintage watch, especially the patina on that dial. It was very interesting seeing how Rolex built their calibres way back in the day, and to see how little has really changed over the years, meaning all the basics had already been worked out ages before 1954
That is a very nice vintage Rolex! Whichever family member winds up with that will have a very special timepiece! Thanks for sharing your knowledge and skill!
Et une jolie restauration de plus, de quoi satisfaire mon envie d'opération horlogère par un passionné... Bravo à vous docteur et merci pour cette vidéo ⌚🖐️
Loved this ,that Rolex to me is the perfect watch even the bracelet with it’s built in adjustment for hot days is so clever Thanks for taking the time film ,edit and to post these videos
Thank you for another beautiful video: 👍👌👏! And for once an interesting Rolex 😊. Always hated those bracelets, though, as your hairs would always get caught in them 😩.
Man that dial is B E A U T I F U L !! I'd love to be part of your family and receive this as a gift 😊. The movement is a true work of art, kinda sad that the newer Rolex watches are this stunning anymore.
Thank you for showing the repair to the bracelet.
You are welcome
😀 Du coup je mets la traduction 👍 Beau travail
J’ai une chaîne en français et elle sera bientôt sur cette chaine
Cool Rolex movement subbed after the V Constantin vid was a real treat inside
Thank you so much. Glad you liked it

Not sure that they will do something like this again. There is other way of adjustment on current bracelets but not like this vintage one
Nice watch, a great video as always! Thank you!

Yes Perfect. A lovely vintage Rolex. Keep well from New Zealand 🇳🇿

I loved this one too
Awesome and beautiful watch. Does anyone know where to buy the presto tool for removing that one wheel at 10:55 ?
Preferably a chinesium knockoff 😂
eBay. It's not that expensive, especially by watchmaking standards. It's the presto #3.
On cousin uk
I like the watch I got from MAMACOO. That rubber strap combo looks really cool! Been wearing it since last year and love every minute of it.
👍
Another amazing video, Thanks!
What is the machine you used to rivet that bent bracelet part?
It is just stacking set that I used to flatten the bracelet link
Hello ! Nice vidéo ! Thanks a lot. Ive a question. Can you tell me if the casing ring also fits with a 645 caliber (9 3/4). ❤️
Sorry but I don’t know
Does the movement say Aegler anywhere on it or did they just brand their movements Rolex?
Just Rolex
