All of S.T.A.L.K.E.R.'s guitar tracks that you hear at a campfire are amazing. They express a wide array of tones from song to song, and my favorite part is that they are imperfect. There are times when the artist messes up, or when the fret buzz is insane, and those can sound pretty bad, but then you remember it's supposed to sound that way. It's not supposed to be a professionally produced track playing in the background, it's supposed to sound like a soldier weary from another day of barely surviving, sitting down at a campfire and playing a song. Someone who plays guitar just for fun, not someone who does it for a living.

When your hotboy drops a video, and it leaves your mouth open with awesomeness and tear filled eyes.
I'm one of the people who wants peps to realize how important music is, and you just spread this message like a Hot Fire. Mad respect, bro.

I actually cry when I hear the opening track of Ocarina of Time. Masterfully written songs like that, or almost every game with Marty O'Donnell at the helm just immerse me into the environment.

i can’t BELIEVE you didn’t talk about the BioShock games during the world building section!! it’s one of the greatest uses of licensed music that I’ve seen to date, from hearing an instrumental Beyond the Sea as you explore Rapture to listening to Tchaikovsky as you fight Splicers in Sander Cohen insane artsy murder gauntlet. and that doesn’t even TOUCH BioShock Infinite’s INCREDIBLE covers of pop hits from the late 20th century, 1912-ified to both set the tone of the game and give some really subtle clues about the nature of a key plot device. it’s MASTERFUL music choice and it’s a darn shame more people don’t talk about it.

Going back through your video catalog the last few days has had me laughing like a fucking idiot... brilliant stuff brother, you deserve the Million Subs above 90% of the other overcrowded gaming genre shit out there.
