This is a good point, obviously, if your particular car model advises against this we would suggest opting for sticking it to the the inside of your windshield instead.

Sorry to hear about that! There could potentially be some adjustments that need to be made to the sample rate of your recording software. In any case, I'd recommend reaching out to our Service Team and they will be able to help you out! help.rode.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Does this have any post-processing done? I just returned the same microphone because it accentuated my harsh esses.

This would just be the raw audio directly from the PodMic USB! Every voice is different which is why you are possibly receiving a different result. Some great tips would be to use a pop filter to soften the sibilance in your voice and utilizing an EQ on the harsh frequencies or De-Esser for more control 😊

@@rodemic correction: HARSH esses. Not hearts. I was using voice typing.

Why I cannot connect my rode podmic to my iPhone 15 ?

    • @rodemic

While the original PodMic isn't capable of connecting to mobile devices, you will need to use a PodMic USB with the included USB-C cable to connect to your iPhone 15. If you require further assistance, we would recommend contacting support and they will be able to help you out - help.rode.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

I'm sorry but I just want to come to the comments section just to say that the lady in the short is beautiful and quite mesmerizing to look at. (I've watched this short more than twice)
