Longtime HOA board member here thanking you for the HOA shout out! The community is "Kentwood." We happen to have a section called North Kentwood with larger lots and windy streets. Plenty of cool kids live in South Kentwood too. 😍

What do you think of Loyola Village? Walkable to the shops.
It's convenient. Generally, more affordable than North Kentwood. Cool area, as long as you don't end up next to frat house or college party house, which can sometimes happen here. 🙂
There is no life east of lincoln blvd.

It has ugly cookie cutter houses. It isnt Holmby Park or Bel Air.
