Hi great video really love Brentwood just curious what are the property taxes for these homes at point of sale and annually?

Hey Tony, thanks. Estimate, 1.25%, typically of purchase price. So $4M = $50,000 annual property tax, with annual increases no greater than 2% per year.

Love your videos, so informative. What do you think of the area around Gretna Green and S. Carmalina? Thank you!

Aw, thank you! :) I think that's a charming little pocket, with those little cul-de-sac streets. Marilyn Monroe lived off of Carmelina. I guess, if it's good enough for her it's good enough for me! The median price is around 4.5M. You don't really get any through traffic there; so it's pretty quiet. Excellent resident elementary school, Kenter Canyon. One of the best parts of the flats, without the Brentwood Park prices. Thanks!

Could you do a driving tour of the Brentwood park neighborhood I used to be part of the construction crews that built homes in Brentwood specifically at 8:13 I helped build that house on the verry left (you can only see it’s roof and solar panels) from 2007-2009 located on highwood street. Would love to see that street now

Damn the Crestwood hills sound nice. Brentwood is so lovely. But sweet lord you need a lot of dough to live there. In your opinion, is living there worth the price?

Hey Stacy! Two factors contributing to the higher price point here, compared to surrounding areas, are views and land. You just get more land here. Put the same lot size in a nearby neighborhood and it may be the same price or more. Example, a 20K sqft lot in the Peninsula of Marina del Rey may be worth more than one in Brentwood, despite a much lower median price in Marina. So yeah, Brentwood is for when you want more land, bigger house, views, and a little seclusion.

Do you give mortgage for foreign buyers?

Hello Bader, I don't do mortgages myself , but do work with a network of lenders that can help. Not out of the question. A foreigner can buy in the US, no question. Like you mention, sometimes financing is a little trickier. But possible, and depends. With a work Visa in the U.S., no problem; comparable to any other buyer. The more complicated scenarios may require 30 to 50% down payment. I would need more info. Feel free to reach out to me. My info is in the description. Thanks!
