    I love all your videos, but this is my favourite morning routine. I suffer from anxiety and it's always bad first thing in the morning. By the time I've finished this (before my kids stampede through!) I'm so much calmer and centred. It impacts on everything I do for the rest of the day and it carries me through. Thank you so much for what you do.

    This feels hard on my knees, especially when I fold my knees & try to sit back on my heels. Can you recommend a modification ? I love how this routine loosens the hips 🙏 thank you for your work

      I fold a yoga towel underneath and that helped.

    Usually I do yoga because it is good for my body, not because I find it entertaining. But I really enjoyed this routine! Not boring and refreshing. Awesome! Thanks Paula.
