Hello Sir I am having my 1600meter running on this 25th and I have to complete that in 9.30minute but in practice sometimes my timings are 9.27min, 10.20min, 9.40min kindly suggest some tips so on safer side I can complete it in 9min

Concentrate on upper body especially in last 400 meters.
Breathing is very important so do not take short breaths. Take deep breaths. See my breathing video too.
