Bring variety in training. Flexibility and strength are most important. Check breathing videos and work on them too. Upper body is equally important. Rest and sleep well. Eat high protein diet.
Give him two eggs mixed in milk atleast 45 min before run. Or can have banana with about 200 ml of milk. Do proper warmup and breathing exercises. Start running slow. Ulti lagna koi badi baat nahi hai. Agar ho bhi jaye to bhi sab normal hai
