He's definitely hit the right spot on that one. Tried the iphone 10 for a month as a bet and it really felt slower than the pixel 4xl. Obviously the iphone dosn't have 90 hz but I also felt it sluggish compared to the 4a and that dosn't have 90 hz. Iphone is simple and easy to use but compared to my pixel 4a and 4xl both beat iphone right out the water

The one cool thing about the fabric cases is that they're machine washable, you can just throw them in with a load of laundry and let them air dry and they'll be good as new

I've little doubt the 8t is better, definitely has better specs. But oneplus has decided to give up selling in Canada as they priced the 8t @1100.00. I picked up a pixel5 on black Friday for $480.00.
I had a fabric case in my 2xl and I loved it as well. Baby wipes do a pretty good job of getting them clean again

I think it's the perfect place for Google phones. They've been doing it since the first Pixel (aside from the 4) and pretty much perfected it. If they change it up, they would lose the high sensitivity that they established with having it on the back

I think it's a lazy move to avoid any new R&D. Flossy raised a good point there are so many times when my phone is laying flat on the table that i have to pick it up to unlock. And the finger print would have been even better placed in the power button should they lower the power button placement since your finger is always there when you are holding your phone which you can also unlock without picking it up, whereas on the back your finger is not. You have to gesture to access your fingerprint. It's just the same placement on phones since 2017 and they probably didn't even bother with it. All of those are trivial points in the grand scheme of things, what i was saying is Flossy is the only one that wasn't robotically saying the same thing like all the other channels are saying because it's a winning formula for views.
Perfect place for it, glad they've never felt the need to change it just because others feel the need to update them

@@chickenclips but the 5g doesn't have the dual camera or wireless charging. It is basically a 4a XL. We needed a 5 Pro Max.

Watching this on my Pixel 5. Returned the S20 FE I bought for this and I'm glad I did. I love this phone! 👍🏼👍🏼👌🏼
How were the speakers compared to the pixel 5?

@@chiebert290 They sound about the same, the Galaxy has Dolby Atmos while the Pixel does not. But the bottom firing speaker on the speaker sounds real bassy. The S20 FE's both sound kind of tinny. You can tell Samsung cheaped out on the speakers.
@@VPDrizzt The software experience on the Pixel feels and looks more premium. No gimmicky bloatware to zap more battery life out of the phone like on the Galaxy. I noticed the battery percentage dropping quicker on the Galaxy too than the Pixel. The camera is noticably better on the Pixel, produces higher quality photos in most cases (Galaxy matched it once it semi low light but that's it), video quality and audio quality is also better on the Pixel.

Always great when I wake up to a new Floss video, and I've been waiting for this one! I love my Pixel 5. I've always been a Pixel fan and I've had every one although always the XL version. I was worried the 5 would be too small but I'm actually enjoying having a phone I can easily fit in my pocket for once
At $599 this phone is a no brainer. Luckily I'm sure discounts would be available soon

Change your keyboard . You can customize the size, add boarders to the keys and change the color making typing an ease . Just fyi. You were saying it's to small.. you can change it if you know what your doing.

I feel like this phone would have been better if it was slightly cheaper in price, especially if you compare it to the Galaxy s20 FE which is around the same price.
