If I understood your question correctly, the CCT mode only uses the Kelvin range of colors (like in your camera color temp mode) with the green magenta shifts. This is probably to enhance the accuracy and output plus simplify the menu.
@@YvensBPhoto yeah I didn't explain myself correctly. The CCT mode will give you the ability to controll the K temp, but since it lets you adjust the magenta/green tint, in theory all the RGBCW LEDs are on when in this mode right? This should mean that the FL80 RGB almost has the same output level of the non-RGB version. If this is the case not only the RGB version could be more useful, but even have "higher" spectrum reproduction EDIT: words
