I ordered The bicolor and RGB version. It is amazing for the price and it has few problems, example if you use it with a dish reflector it will produce a shadow in the middle due to a not so great design of the extruded part around the led diode. The second problem is the RGB version has a really unusual diod placement that results in low output. It would be also cool to have green-magenta correction on the RGB version and a protective glass over the led diode. I do think for the price it amazing it is strange that the battery costs more than the light. Definitely designed to be used with a soft box or a lantern and it is not great for more defined light buildups.
Using this on a short film I will say I did notice the fan noise a little but the audio tech didn’t say it was a problem. I can send you a test if you’d like to email me!

@@reynoldpan for the power supply there’s an option on the page for me for power options based on country. So if you’re in the US your select the US plug.
The V-mount is such a sick add and for the price you can't beat this.
I was genuinely impressed by this design.
Hi, which v mount battery have you tried on? How much time it can works with it. Thanks
Been a fan of it. Have done 5 weddings with these and the 240's already. 2 of these pack with 2 vmounts in a standard backpack also. It's amazing.

Damn I ordered the neewer cb100c, this is much better design. V-mount availability makes this superior…
Can it light like usual 2700-6500k light?
@@GuiFan I believe so ?
@@RhettThompsonFilm You are not sure? Did you use it? What about fan noice? Is it loud?
Thanks for the review! What is the fan noise like for interviews?

All good points! I’m learning more about this light the more I use it! It’s really handly despite the flaws.
Hey, do you know where you can get the AC adaptor for this light? Or what type of adaptor that is?
