@Navvy No he does not.. Have you seen the trailer to the new 2 part Mission Impossible for next summer? He still does all his stunts and it looks unbelievable. He's doing things that 20 something actors would refuse to do.. th-cam.com/video/2m1drlOZSDw/w-d-xo.html
I like that the film didn't over-drama at every possible opportunity. It didn't try to demonize anyone or even really glorify anyone (well, Maverick maybe - but... looking at the film name...) as really righteous. It's like.. spicy food. There's barely spicy. There's so hot you can't feel anything in your mouth but pain for a day or two. Then there's just right... when you say yeah - that's really got some great flavor, and you can actually taste it. Now I want wings.
I have a 2018 Kawasaki ZX10R and have yet to master its power; and though it makes NO SENSE, somehow, some way, I’m getting that Kawasaki H2… That Bike is SIK!
Uhh, no. It was a homage to the beach volleyball scene in the original, only this was justified as team building within this film, compared to the original just having beach volleyball for the sake of it.
@@SamaritanPrime Oh for sure. But this was definitely intended and not just a case of, oh the cameras were rolling and we decided to put it in the film, kind of situation.
Opposite. Tom didn't like the first filming so he had them do it again the next day. Trouble was they spent the night celebrating the filming by drinking and eating because they didn't have to look fit. Not so fast. They spent all available time trying to work off their sins from the night before
A 3 star Admiral who's deployed at Top Gun and has been talking-sleeping-breathing about only one mission from last 2 weeks. Seems legit he would micromanage and also considering his associates were no where to be seen, that's also a reason right there
This scene foreshadowed the greatness of the one and only... Bob.
This is low key my fav scene in the whole movie, chill vibes all around eveyone having a good time at the beach, pretty awesome
Nah. Way better scenes in the movie than this
@@AlexB-pp7dc just let the guy have his own opinion bruh why you hating 🤣

Cyclone was actually pissed because someone left the fan on.
How many times have you watched this?
Me: Yes
This was by far my favourite scene in this movie. Just chill vibes all around!
Was looking for the scene . Perfect song for the scene
Tom Cruise was f***ing 56 years old when that scene was made. Respect.
He still has the face of 40s and the physique of 20s.
I think Tom cruise is one of the type of people who make age look like number but there is one and only BOB
Let's not forget Jennifer Connelly who is holding up rather well too. Dang..

Jennifer Connelly is a dream came true, perfection
This was a very fun scene~
A little Unit cohesion.
2:15 that smile... She was my teen crush when she did Labyrinth and is still smoking hot now decades later...
Same
The ONLY scene in this MASTERPIECE where I get drowsy. Believe me.
Thank you 😊 💓 ☺ for the films 🎥 🎞 🎦 🎬 📽 😊

I betcha this was just an off day for the actors and they decided to film for the heck of it.

If you buy a Kawasaki H2, does it come with a woman on the back of it? 🤔

god damn im fat lmao
Why the fuck did they tint the video yellow?
I do wish they wore a helmet while riding that H2…
🤩
The girl on the bike probably was in a liquid form in 1986. Come on Hollywood don’t do that show at least minimal integrity. 😯
Dude, thats Jennifer Connelly, she was 16 in 1986. She's 51 to Cruise's 59, seems fine to me.
Can't beat a good ol' power balad for background music... Not sure what this sissy song is
I could play penny
This is when I went pee. I didn’t need to see this scene.
This would never happen in the real military.
Micromanaging by a 3-star admiral? This movie is silly.

And the 56 year old captain isnt silly to you?
