- Here are a few rare consoles I own, I know it’s 2019 but someone out there will be a collector probably and interested in the history and nostalgia of the Xbox 360’s life one day! If you guys have any questions I haven’t answered please let me know. I usually reply within minutes because of my phone. Anyway hope you guys enjoyed! Thanks for watching

I like how 15 years later microsoft is still supporting Xbox 360 and its live store is still working which i think was a major influence to sony that not long ago wanted to close support for PS3 and VIta but changed their minds and continued to run their store page and updates to older consoles.
I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that Xbox 360 games are relevant because of the Xbox One and Series X. Then again, the 360 was a massive success for Microsoft, and they tend to keep supporting things we like. Also they have an infinite amount of money and might have even reused the servers for Xbox One and the Series systems. That's my best guess though, doesn't make me appreciate Microsoft keeping these things around any less.

Very cool collection, I personally have a total of 5 360s (2 Jasper Arcades, 1 Xenon Elite, 2 Slims).
Just love the 360 era so much, super nostalgic. Also jealous of that e3 05 faceplate

I never had a 360 growing up (I mainly was a wii and ds person) but just seeing all of this cool stuff, puts me right back in the good old days. (Now I might get a 360! They’re really awesome!

I slowed down on console collecting since the last time we talked, but in the past 6 months I received a few that im happy to have found. I mostly look for blades or NXE consoles, so i found a falcon on blades which i assume has a fixed GPU based on mfr, I got a Japanese 1888 xenon, another launch xenon on blades but unfortunately has RROD. I even found an opus for $20 lol but its updated, still cool though. But this week i received another jasper on blades, its minty, came with the box and multiple other things like games and a 120gb hard drive. Its my 3rd one so I finally caught up to you lol. That's probably the last console ill get for a while. I didnt pay much for the jasper, but i need a break now
The Jasper is neat. I have almost the same system. It's also a JTAGable Jasper being November 2008, so makes it even rare again.
Do jaspers made in November that are on blades more rare then other jtaggable jaspers on blades?
@@Asd1234Killer Not really, a JTAGable Jasper is a JTAGable Jasper. But blades Jasper's should all be JTAGable, NXE ones are more likely to have patched CPUs

I still have my Xbox 360 E model. If you have any working old white 360 models, you are very lucky. The Blades were my favorite interface on 360.

Love your 360 collection The vents are a different color grey I like that I have to buy those along with a hardrive like that with chrome I have a jasper 360 and swapped the shell for a xenon white shell since the old shell was rough I did that and looks like new

Nice 360’s I got one from 2008 that’s still running on the nxe software, if you ever sell one of your 2005 models I’d definitely buy em from you.
Very nice collection. I want a launch console but it is really hard to find an unopened one. I have two Jasper Jtags which I consider rare nowadays.

No way you have some sick consoles on your hand and thank you I’m glad you liked the video wanted to get it out for you ASAP! The E305 faceplate is so neat only brought the 05 Xbox cause of it and it happened to be really cheap it’s all about finding people who don’t know values. That sounds bad but I don’t think the guy knew with that one cause I remember paying 16.50 plus shipping no cords or controller then brought the new faceplate for 75 and he threw in the other 2 faceplates
@@MichaelJimenez10 man you are lucky. Out of all the consoles i own, my most expensive one was $425 and its not my sealed arcade. Im telling you, you are lucky, every 2005 xenon i find are rrod and most likely updated. And half of my consoles are modded, i wish they were original haha. I can unmod all except the 512mb jasper jtag(the seller didnt have the original nand) but if i unmod it, knowing it was modded would feel different, i want a clean console like yours
Rob see problem is I don’t know what to do with them. I feel like I’m buying them just to buy them but I feel like it will be worth something one day to someone or something to look back at. After this video they’re all just sitting in my closet. But what’s weird every console I brought that said “ has RROD” ends up not having it. Thats how I luckily have 2 05 consoles that works be never been opened. The other one is just a multimedia one for the living room and I’ve had my Star Wars one and One X as daily drivers.

Rob how do you recommend storing them away, should I put them in a box or having them like out and just in a safe place ok and for the ones without boxes should I wrap them up in something. Also! I put in my description, if you look at the 05 console with the 05 faceplate. It doesn’t have the CD drive security sticker, but the other one does. I’ve seen some launch ones without it but do you think that hurts value or such because it hasn’t been opened

hey, dont know if you remember me lol, ive gotten a feb 06 xenon thats on 6690 yet its got a dead gpu (error 0102, needs to be replaced) but im getting one of my kronos systems dual nanded to 6717 which is cool but my current goal is to get a jasper on blades (i have a jasper on nxe already and a xenon on nxe) or a sealed phat before 2007 as i really want a boxed console or even just a empty box (i have a boxed slim so it would make sense to have a boxed phat) wish me luck lol

I’ve got a 2005 Xbox 360 on the blades dashboard that hasn’t been opened and it still works
Personally I prefer the NXE dashboard, Blades was certainly unique but NXE really did shift the experience growing up.
Question my fellow nerds. Sorry if I sound like a noob but, are jasper models only arcade? Or are there any white pro or elite jaspers. I’m thinking of buying a jasper to back up my slim in case it dyes

Wait did you take the power plug out of the xenon model and plug it into the jasper? I thought the slightly different plug shapes made that impossible, and I'm assuming they did that because the wattage draw decreased with each model revision.
I use Xenon 203w power supply’s for majority of my consoles as they work on all revisions.
The time I’ll jtag an Xbox 360 is when the dash is on like 7371 which is a pretty common jtag dash. I will never jtag a jasper on blades or a xenon on 1888 I’ll probably jtag ones that are on 7xxx-7371. If it’s a xenon I’ll probably jtag the blades dash if it’s a newer one as they love to red ring so yep
I got it this year, my Xbox 360 arcade with blade dashboard from 2008, but it's one NTSC J (japonese) console CIB and never open, I have made an unboxing on my channel

I have a halo 3 edition but sadly the faceplate broke so I have to use a black one. Don't want to open it up but I want to fix the fans and the open tray error.
U should do a video of the content that came with the jasper. Like themes videos games etc
After I made this video I acquired a brand new sealed Resident Evil edition Jasper on blades. The 120GB hardrive has loads on it I’ll have to make a video solely on that console but I want to do an entire collection haul video soon

yeah youre right, but even though the ads would randomly disappear and go back to the def xbox 360/xbox live banners, well it was neat and well, better than half the titles today are dedicated to ads.

I have a jaspar with jtag....functionally super is now 13 years old with blades dashboard
I had 3 different “fat” 360’s. Bought the first one on launch day. Never got the RRoD on any of them. I still have the Halo Reach S console. Played PGR3 and F.E.A.R on it yesterday. Going to play Riddick today. Sucks that these 3 games aren’t BC.

Change the thermal paste that's why it does that I have an 05 also and I broke down amd changed the paste [had to get a special paste solvent to get it to soften up] I also have a 2 on 6xxx amd one on 7xxx those I haven't messed with. My 05 is on the 1xxx dash out of box model [cost me more than I am willing to admit 😅]. I am going to jtag some of mine. They are great emulator systems but thats about all there good for now 😔

INTERESTING FACT ABOUT THE BLADES, I GOT TO REEXPERIENCE THE BLADES DASHBOARD IN DECEMBER 2013 AT A HOSPITAL THAT STILL HOUSED THE OLDER 360 WITH NO HDMI.

Yeah! The first version of NXE is by far my favorite dash. I have a few jaspers and slims on them and it’s just so nostalgic!
The final fantasy 13 console will have 2.0.7371 dashboard on it since it was released around December 2009. It has NXE

The FF13 Xbox is a white version of the Xbox elite and it's a fast console.

It should come off, the first time taking off a faceplate can be hard. If it was made in 2006 it’s most definitely a xenon motherboard. 🙂

The oldest I own is a halo 3 console running nxe ( zephyr ) . I had a couple falcon and xenon getting rrod. I only seek jasper now.

DorianPlayerOne I used a memory card to copy my profile over to blades or NXE but as for the avatars on NXE I don’t think they transfer over

DorianPlayerOne to be honest I have a falcon on 8 thousand dash and it says I can’t use avatars without an update for some odd reason. I think 9199 was the last NXE dash but if yours has avatars on it I’d recreate it and see if you can copy over your avatar items but i personally haven’t tried in a while but don’t connect and update it and lose your dash I could try it sometime soon and let you know

How do you have 75,000 gamerscore on blades? Did you transfer your account onto a usb from the latest dashboard? If so do the games released after 2008 show up in your gamerscore achievements?
Yeah basically took a memory card that has my profile, copied it and then put it on the blades dashboard

I just bought an xbox 360 xenon from november 2005 with blades that has never got a Red ring for about 25$ it was 22€ in my country is that good or bad?
Adrian absolutely! If you know for sure that it’s running blades and is a legit 05 model it’s worth saving regardless of it being a xenon. Many people now are looking for older consoles, before everyone avoided them but now they are making a comeback! Awesome find! :)

Adrian wow that is awesome that is a rare console to come by now days! It’s definitely worth saving! I’m sure with that dash it can be exploited to do the King Kong hack, I’ve always wanted a dash on 4532 to play around with that but exploiting and modding is way out of my league I’d probably destroy the console in the process so I keep them un opened. Sweet find none of the less:)

The elites were the only way you could get a chrome dvd drive and gat a jasper motherboard
So wait, what about if I have a white 360 that was made in April of 2009, and has a chrome dvd drive with a jasper power plug and 12,1 A in? I bought it from a bargain store, and I check to see if I has been opened and it has. It’s warranty sticker is cut, and the shiny tape that holds the dvd drive is cut too, so I guess someone swapped the dvd drive.

i have a brand new core system (only unboxed once but it's new) with 2.0.2858.0 from 04/2006, and a safer 09/2009 Jasper to play.

My gosh I would love a sealed Xbox but really am not looking to pay 700$ for one trying to find a good deal on a mint boxed or even sealed one around $1-$350
I think I only have 5 sealed that I haven’t opened and the other ones I’ve only opened to just make sure they work and to see the dashboards. Dunno if it’s because of the 20 year anniversary of Xbox but prices has rose a lot and The most I’ve ever paid was 550 for a sealed 360 and that’s my halo 3 edition console that I will never open. Keep tabs on eBay and I’m sure someone will post and you will get a steal!
