@@gtxthunderstorm6219 It doesn't have a heatsink. Just Vapoour chamber. Look after he removes PCB, top left there is shiny golden part under the PCB with something written as "A 23 05 ...". And just that vapour chamber is enough to keep this thing cool enough.
Rated capacity is the minimum that is verified according to IEC61960 testing standards. Typical is the average that it’s supposed to hold. Apple advertise the rated capacity while Samsung for example advertise the typical.
Hi, thanks for watching, even though the Circuit Board carries a similar design in terms of its past predecessors, the S9 Ultra has its own unique features when it comes to schematics of its own Logic board differential from the S8 Ultra MotherBoard ; thus making it incompatible. We appreciate your feedback, and we might test your theory in a future video, stay tuned!
I'm so scared by the fact you need to detach that huge and beautiful display just to replace the battery 😅 so much potential to fuck it up. Luckily the battery is quite big and battery life is good, so hopefully it will last a long time. We limited ours to only charge to 80% which should help prolong the life of the battery. Battery life is still more than enough for daybto day use and it's easy to switch to 100% when we anticipate we need more juice (like when travelling). It's a really nice tab but I wish it also opened from the back in addition to the sceeen being easily removable. Also wish there were more cases available, all the good ones cost way too much.
Thank you for this. Got the smallest S9 because I read the S9s were going to have vapor chamber cooling this time. Guess I was misled. Still love the tablet and those speakers are amazing too.
They do. Don't you see it on the video? It's just not as exposed as on the smartphones. Even the A series devices have vapour chambers this generation. You can't tell, but it goes as far as that grey vertical line you see on the battery, if not a tad bit more. Provides flawless thermal performance cuz of that.
Hey, Great video & apologies in advance for asking this stupid question but in case if you have done a Tab S9FE+ tear down and a Tab S9 +, what are the possibilities of swapping the usb connector. Reason being, the Tab S7 FE used come with USB 3.0, but they kinda downgraded that in the S9 FE series. I’m aware the ribbon connectors and pins are entirely different and even the cpu must support 3.0 … but again.. what are the odds?
is that possible to change the camera setup with higher megapixel camera setup ,if it is possible please mention the upgradable camera setup and their buying links plz
Da ate nojo de ver olha essa construção parece um positivo, não tem uma gota de pasta térmica para dar contato entre a câmara de vapor que e menor do que a de um celular, isso explica a má performance no s10 ultra de agora, deve ser a mesma coisa

Components are more sensitive these days and easily affected by small electrical charges. Additionally, frequently handling electronic components may not be great for your health. But after all it look cool!
Good that the charging board can be replaced individually and not soldered to the main board.
Thanks gor making this video, i couldnt find any other video on the tab s9 series teardown

thank you for your valuable feedback!
Dava pra por uma placa menor e uma bateria gigante...
Given how similar the parts are, can you just slot in the s8 ultra motherboard on the s9?

Thank you, I believe I see it now, the gold chamber under other components at top of battery? Cool!

Feel like a lot of boards are bigger than they should be a too much plastic used...
博主可以拆解一个S9吗?从热成像上看S9的主板位置设计和U应该是不一样的,表示比较好奇
你出钱吗?
amazing that this device is ip68 certified
Hello, thanks for watching and WE agree, Samsung exceeded their vision with this revolutionary 14" tablet flagship!
S8 Ultra also has 14.6 inch display..
