- Strap in as we continue where we left off after the V1 build, Chain Smoker is back in it’s V2 form for SEMA Show 2021 in Las Vegas. Reuploaded and re-edited because TH-cam took it down due to some blud when I got beat by the truck thief, which is now blurred out. I’m coming back to TH-cam with a new 60 acre property, new toys, and a bunch of new videos, so tag along - lots coming shortly!

Update: the thieves were caught and the one that hit me was charged with assault 🤌
Glad to hear they got caught, way too much shit gets stolen these days. It’s awesome to see local guys winning and making whicked builds.

Oh man I haven’t even posted half of it. The amount of theft that I dealt with at my old shop was insane. Moving to the country was the best decision I could have made, although that doesn’t change Canadas inflation issue and overall decline in the economic world so moving outta the country probably wouldn’t be the worst lol

Hell yeah dude the Reynolds museum is like heaven! I try to stop by whenever I’m in wetaskiwin (which isn’t too often but often enough for me to rediscover everything there) they also have a great TikTok account. Love to hear about the 36, certainly hope we cross paths!

Wow .. that's crazy ...the theives were I live .. you could legally unalive them 1 the threatened your life on your property and 2 you are aloud to defend yourself and your property here , and if you are threatened with deadly harm you can return the same to protect yourself and your property .... that's kinda messed up you can't even protect your stuff bro .. That doesn’t sound so bad? Here in Austria you can get a shotgun for self defense if you want, but the people in Switzerland or Germany have similar rules to yours, and i‘ve seen other methods to handle thieves there, that would scare most of them away quite effectively 😁😉

I didn’t even know him! Just called around until someone answered and the chance of him also being an old truck guy and then compounded by the chance of him being willing to pull an all nighter and get us there was astronomically small. Shout out to Bryce

No in canada you can still reasonably protect yourself and your property without suffering any legal trouble......pretty hard to prosecute a victim for defending themselves

Nothing deters it, it just keeps happening. Week after week of stuff getting stolen. It was one of the main reasons I left the city for the country
@@warwickandrews Thats def something I take for granted, Im legally allowed to shoot somebody so long as im in actual fear for my life, i.e a robber going "im gonna stab you" and then proceeding too swing wrench.... Seems kind of backwards.
Self defense in the states is very muddy aswell, im just happy to be from Idaho, where literally everyone owns a gun, and is thinking twice about stealing. I have no pity for thieves, and i don't care to let my things get stolen either. Like hell im gonna watch my belongings get stolen and not be throwing hands.

That "someone stealing from you got injured",... yeah, that's dumb. Theives have tried to sue people here after they injured themselves falling through ceilings.
But the right sort of trauma causes short term memory loss,.. and they can always regain conciousness off your property.
Vegas PD would be well aware of how much money comes in to the city for the show, light and siren to tell you to behave n move along,..

Haha while I agree with this completely our build was not for reality tv, this was actually down to the last second. I had planned to be done a month before we left but issues came up and time flies
