I am so glad I stumbled across this channel and subscribed. I'm really excited to be able to binge watch all the episode and really look forward to what's coming next. Thank you for the work you do and all the work you put in to making these videos.
The blue 1978 AMC Concord that flashes on the screen at 23:10 was my first car. Not a car like it, but my actual first car. My Mom bought it brand new on Remembrance Day, 1978, and I bought it from her for $1 in 1991. Later sold it to my Dad in ‘92 for $1, and he had it fully restored top to bottom, in ‘92-93, and we enjoyed it another 29 years, summer driving and car shows. He sold it to a longtime friend two and a half years ago.
My Bugeye Sprite shows up at @13:42 and I was driving it @23:12. It was a bit intimidating seeing Chainsmoker in my rear view mirror! Great job on the truck and also a great video, thanks.
That is something that really annoys me, when kids are doing stuff like that and the parents are just standing there watching it and not only just watching it but recording it and they don't say a word. I mean even with out a fence around it the parents have gotta know you can't let your kids crawl all over something especially at a car show. I mean come on people, man. By the way I like your truck and I can see that took some time and effort. Great job buddy!!
I grew up in my dads private scrap vintage car yard. all those old worn out cars were my jungle gym. I get you when u say these cars are so me. I also completely understand the flack u get from old fuddy duds that want everything pristine. rat rods forever! punk is not dead!
Great stuff man. I want to build a truck with the same *vibe* as Chain Smoker; I'd like to take a late 60s Dodge fleet side, drop it on a newer Dodge dually, then mould step side fenders onto the bed sides!
5:35 he said "next time ask" (if you can crawl inside) or "в следующий раз спрашивай" in russian. Didn't expect to hear my country's language in your video lol
thats a cool show, I hate that alberta classic prices are completely out to lunch. If you find something in alberta you can almost ALWAYS get it 50% off anywhere else. Its so backwards.
do some research on that titanium. million dollar race teams use it for weight saving and throw it out after. its not made to get extremely hot and cool over and over, it becomes brittle and falls apart.
While I’m not arguing about the race teams use for it, I’ll just be using it for an intermediate pipe between turbos. Most supercars use titanium on their aftermarket exhausts (such as Unobtainium Welding) which get much much hotter. Thanks for caring enough to share tho as I didn’t know race teams tossed them (I want a old race team piece in my collection now lol)
I'm not a huge truck fan, but I would definitely drive chain smoker, and that mustang truck. I love the vintage and custom stuff, including some nice motorcycles. If I had to pick one moto, it would be either an Indian, a Triumph, or a pan head.
I wasn't expecting to find one of my favourite's from the world of wheels on youtube I went there this year with some family and friends if you remember seeing a plaid jacket hanging next to a really tall dude with a baseball cap and a shorter dude with black glasses a baseball cap and then a younger guy with a flat cap that was my group
Some really nice cars! Volvo PV, Opel GT 👌 And the kids opening the doors and climing in the truck would've had a nice little flight if i caught them in my car, poor parenting!
"gotta love alberta" us albertans are just really good at sending meaningless insults at everybody with basically nobody caring since they do it too XD.
Love Chainsmoker but if you're planning to do a Eurotrip in it, you should probably put it on a trailer cause authorities here (especially in Germany, where I live) wouldn't look too kindly upon it... You would probably get pulled over by the first cop car that sees you, they would have a quick look at it, put it on a flatbed and take it to the TÜV, where the inspector would ban you from ever driving it on public roads in Europe 😅. Then you would have to go through the trouble of SOMEHOW getting it back from the cops so you can ship it back to your place... And I don't want to even start going into all the legal stuff, you'd have to face😬. In short, better get a rental for your Eurotrip 😅.
Awesome show. We’ll be there next year
Awesome... Can't wait for videos on the Gold Truck! IYKYK
After 4 years owning it the first Megamini (gold truck) video is FINALLY coming up as my next video!

Legacy killed it this year
Thanks
Out of curiosity….
Why wouldn’t you show the Wild Thing Funny Car? Or the Mint Dodge next to it?
You were standing right in front of them.
It was pretty cool being your neighbor for the show

Do it! I think it would look awesome too but doesn’t matter what I think only matters what YOU think! Make it happen my man
Don't you hate it when you come home from a hard day at the car show and someone is parked in your spot.
18:29 That was a thing back in the late 90s they were called monster Miatas
@4:33 When is that eurotrip??
Some time in the future for sure. Have lots of other plans first but it’s comin at some point!

So cool I wish I was your neighbor 😅
great content man
Appreciate that blue collar cartel, your crew sounds right up my alley lol
How is the second truck doing that looks just like this one
It’s still an idea in my head but it will come to life eventually! For now we are working on the Megamini Truck, third TH-cam episode coming soon!
My grandpa did all of the metal work on that plymouth truck! I got to watch it come together from the rusted hulk that it started as.
Now that’s cool
I went last year and I shoulda gone this way but we couldnt make the long drive
Are you coming to West Truck fest?
Unfortunately not this year because it’s happening on the same weekend as the Dream Rally which I’m signed up for already

Pretty sick truck 👌🏻😮💨

I'm gonna move these so ppl can come up to it. Why do they think it's ok to mess with it ? Hmmm only one with out a gardrail seems ok lol

Hmmm this is something I hadn’t really considered… but thank you for putting it in my mind!
Where is the Great Grandma's of the world car club?
🤟🏻
oh kevin my dad knows him and had a long chat with him
Better move the green and red play mat out of the way or you’ll crush it.
Yay for weather manipulation🤦♂️
Never heard of DIVCO......WTF, been under a rock!!???😂
Google tells me it was made and sold in the US only, which is why I’ve probably never seen one/heard of them. Pretty cool tho for sure!
