Eve’s boosts also aren’t invalid they play a part 100% in him being as strong as he is. Finally we see that it takes multiple viltrumites to even do small amounts damage to Thragg the fact that Mark could stand on his own and do well is the most impressive thing. Also a 500 year old mark outright defeating Allen is another thing entirely.

I disagree a little with experience, Allan was already fighting long before Mark ever got his powers so I have to give Experience to Allan the rest is about right. Though Allen would eventually grow stronger then mark if he decided to put the effort into it.
