Nice video! I read bunch of posts in thailand expat groups that you can’t find a month to month lease. It needs to be minimum 6months. I see you found bunch of options for month to month is month-month lease more common in Pattaya?
I sure if you do a little looking you won’t have any issues finding a nice cheap month to month option. It’s high season so it may be a bit more right now but would imagine after April you will have even more to choose from at a better prices thanks for watching! Hit me up when you arrived

Sorry for the late response, I been living here a while now and have a nice 2 bedroom 2bathroom Thai style condo for just over $300 and made some more videos showing my hunt. Thanks for watching

Good to see that month to month options are available. As a first timer, I might have picked the upper floor option at the base.
That place is so noisy!!! You hear everything and everyone walking down the hallway or closing there door, but was nice in a great location

Hey Carole, Thanks for watching. Yes Pattaya Is in Thailand and is know world wide for its working girls and being a party town. I didn't mention It was in Thailand because like Las Vegas it has a known reputation and everyone knows were Las Vegas is.

Trying to find the condo you chose. Did you mean Pratumnak instead of Pratumkuk? Even if I chose Pratumnak I still can't find House on the Hill.
Yah sorry I'M not naming my condo while I'm living here but there are so many to choose from very similar in this area or any where in Pattaya. I plan on making a video soon about just how many are available and prices. Thanks for watching
It's Andromeda Condo, very expensive but worth it if you're looking for high quality accommodation.
