What size bit did you drill out the coil buckets and track bar bracket with ? 1/2? Also how did the 08 sway bar work for you ? I bought a 08 whole front assembly but bought new 05-07 coil buckets and track bar bracket

What do you think about the frame to engine cradle gussets? Are you planning on adding them in the future? I haven't been able to find them as separate parts, like you can for the radius arm and coil buckets.

Yes I used a 1/2 inch drill the 08 sway bar did not work bent wrong for the older frames. Watch pt2 get a little more info thanks

Yes sorry for late response never seen your comment the 08 and buckets won’t work without a lot of fabrication work.

How about abs sensors, how did you make them work without setting the abs light
I'm about to put some 05 axles under my 04. Any reason the track bar bracket has to be swapped over? Looks like you can pretty much keep your bracket?
Track bar bracket was different on mine as far as I know 05 thru 07 is different
@EBEN T. yeah I see that the brackets mount on the crossmember differently, wondering if the 05 trackbar will slip into the 04 bracket.

I will eventually make some of my own they definitely don’t sell them
