I've had my Bachelors degree since June 2023, I've been applying for jobs since, I did two interviews in my field and didn't get the jobs, got a little discouraged and stopped applying came winter. I decided to apply for this clinic in my area. Received a job interview but wanted to stand out. This is awesome I’m already a month in at my new job that I been desperately applying for just sitting here at my desk reading all the comments section. If I never found your channel I would have been at my old job miserable but I found a really good job for the behavioral health clinic next to my house with a higher salary and all the benefits!

I have some questions:
1. I’ve been rejected from about 50 interviews. (In the last one they found the excuse that I could have given more examples. There must have been 20 to 30 perfectly given interviews with no feedback at all. The feedback I got from a lot of them is that they went for another candidate).
2. Before the pandemic it only took around 4 interviews to secure a new role
3. I went to a top business school and have half a decade of experience working for blue chip companies
4. *I’ve been given the advice by some corporate operatives that I could still somehow secure a role at a top company even if I’ve been unemployed for half a dozen years*
*Is it discrimination? Is it bias because there is money involved? I would just like to know what is going on as I’m being forced to retire early abroad/take a career break in the summer*
I used this video along with the one on behavioural questions and the 30,60,90 day plan and was well prepared for my 3rd interview. I watched some of your other videos to prepare for the digital interview and the recruiter interview and they went well. So I’m hoping to hear back soon.

Hi Richard, all your answers to the most difficult interview questions are nothing short of fantastic. I have read all the 100 answers to the most common interview questions and even interview questions such as would you consider yourself a lucky person? My only question is and I know I asked this before but, how do you memorise and remember all the answers. Any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated?
Good question! I recommend practicing your answers as much as possible in the mirror and to friends and family :)

I have an interview later today at HEB foods. Ive been trying to leave Walmart for a while now and im so nervous. I feel under prepared, but I also have my stories ready and know most of the questions that are going to be asked. This has been so helpful for me, as well as your videos about interview nervousness.

First job first interview got it but I wish I hadn’t when I realised what kind of place and work culture it was I’m lucky I got to leave before facing any more harassment and stress. Funny how bad they wanted me but ended up me not wanting them. Do your research before applying guys and especially girls!

I live in New York and I recently experienced questions and concern abt my pregnancy plans. The hiring authority also asked me what my views were on having children. I thought this to be wildly inappropriate. Could you please prepare a video dealing with these types of questions.
Remember you don't have to answer the questions asked if you don't want to. You can just say that you don't feel comfortable discussing this :)

Hi Richard Sir, i hope you are well. I’d appreciate your advice. I am a civil servant. I was hired in my current organisation last year for Executive officer role. Within 6 months I was temporarily promoted on a Higher Executive office role. I have been doing this role for last 6 months and feel fully confident in it. I thought they would make me permanent but sadly The Job advert for my current position has gone live on civil service website. I am content to apply but interview process is very tough for it. I don’t have any mentor whom I can talk to about it. I am content to apply but at the same time I’m very stressed and worried due to the high work pressure I’m unable to focus. Deadline for my application is on 15th Jan. I have still got time but I need some solid advice to write my competencies and personal statement. I would really appreciate your help.

NOW ALL I NEED IS FOR YOU TO SHOW ME HOW TO PASS THE POLYGRAPH EXAM AND PSYCHOLOGICAL EXAM WHICH ARE NEXT, LOL
