I binged your videos for weeks. I had many interviews and aced them all! I wanted to get into management but also wanted to branch out into a different industry than what I was in. Today I finished my first week as a Assistant Manager training to be General Manager for when the current GM gets moved to his new store. Hi, the day this video came out, I had my first of three interviews scheduled the next day for a mgmt position in my team. I used your techniques and practiced my responses while adding my own flare to it and by incorporating this into my 1st & 3rd interview, I am happy to report back that it was well received by the interviewers. The feedback I got was that I was passionate and came off pleasant to talk to and they can't wait to hear more the ideas I have for the team while working in this new role. I was just offered the job on Friday. I'm ecstatic and thank you for posting this video when you did. I heard on repeat 20x at least.

I watched several of these videos in preparing for different interviews. This is one of the best. I was skeptical of the 12 buzzwords at first, but in a recent interview, the hiring manager used 4 to 5 of them. KPIs were probably the most important one. I was able to respond without hesitation since I knew the actual definition. Also, I am trying to go from a public sector to the private sector and knowing the business buzzwords was fundamental to show I could make the transition. Excellent video. Hi, the day this video came out, I had my first of three interviews scheduled the next day for a mgmt position in my team. I used your techniques and practiced my responses while adding my own flare to it and by incorporating this into my 1st & 3rd interview, I am happy to report back that it was well received by the interviewers. The feedback I got was that I was passionate and came off pleasant to talk to and they can't wait to hear more the ideas I have for the team while working in this new role. I was just offered the job on Friday. I'm ecstatic and thank you for posting this video when you did. I heard on repeat 20x at least.

I watched several of these videos in preparing for different interviews. This is one of the best. I was skeptical of the 12 buzzwords at first, but in a recent interview, the hiring manager used 4 to 5 of them. KPIs were probably the most important one. I was able to respond without hesitation since I knew the actual definition. Also, I am trying to go from a public sector to the private sector and knowing the business buzzwords was fundamental to show I could make the transition. Excellent video.
