Just for 2022 I applied 4 times and was turned down because my motivation was not convincing. When I came across this video, I prepared myself and was asking the recruiter all these questions. She was surprised by my questions. Today I get an email that I am hired. Just to say thank you

Interviews are not what they used to me. I had one today with a biopharmaceutical company and it was a solid 45 mins of behavioral questions. I was completely exhausted after it was over. Be prepared for several scenarios of "What would you do?" or "How would you handle?" or "Tell me a time when you...?" questions. These were deep questions. Always tell the interviewers if the person was receptive to the information. I prepared but I'm not sure if I prepared enough.

Thank you Richard! Had the job offer today following my second interview and just wanted to let you know that it was all down to your advice and videos which really helped me prepare - I ended up getting an offer however I was surprised when they offered me a 12 month maternity contract instead of the perm role which I thought I was interviewing for. I will accept it anyway as it’s with a very good company and I felt like I would definitely get on well with the teams and role in the hope a permanent role becomes available within the next 12 months and I can make myself indispensable!

As a person who had the privilege of interviewing close to a hundred candidates and also a job seeker by myself, my feedback is to give HONEST and WISE answers to the interviewer. The moment it is revealed that you are dishonest, that's going to be the end! Always remember, the interviewer would be a smart person who can easily read a candidate. So practice well, find our your own answers to the best of your ability and avoid circumstances where you would be tempted to say things you have never done.

I'm a Senior Unix Systems Engineer with nearly 15+ years of experience. With the past three employers I've worked for, I really didn't have any interview questions other than describing what I had done in past roles.
Most of the interview was the employer describing what the company did and what the duties of the position were. And maybe being asked if I had any experience working with different things.
I have always prepared for my interviews by going over the "commonly asked" questions as well as anything technical I thought might come up.
