The US will always travel in international waters, and China won't do anything about it. It's hilarious to think China takes claim to a 1.3 million mile water way, which is a vital trade route for the entire world. It will come to a head eventually, and it certainly seems like no one, but China thinks their claims of the sea are legit. They should pay attention.
