Good morning Baron family ☕️ I did everything the same... except I made Jack Daniels compound butter, injected the same way... it was definitely worth the effort, no leftovers. Have a blessed day

I was thinking that maybe when you have time you can make a cut out in your smoker and install a sliding rack so you won’t have to go inside as much. I think that would be really convenient. You can also have some channel lock pliers or clamps near so yo can clamp close the pots. I mean rocks are good too but I just though maybe some ideas help a little. By the way I really enjoy watching your channel. Thanks Jeff.

I did venison burgers a few years ago with Lipton onion soup mix and I can tell you this if don't use enough meat it will be too strong.
One package of Lipton will season 3.5 lbs of meat.
I did two lbs and it was too strong.
Pretty good flavor just don't use the whole package if you're only feeding a small family. Otherwise the package would do 4lbs fairly certain.

Jeff - check out the Brinkman Smoked Turkey recipe on the Brinkman Smoker website at some point - we followed it to the letter over the last few years and it made the tastiest, moist and flavorful turkey we've ever had. Best wishes to you and yours - Happy Thanksgiving - we have a lot to be thankful for in this Great Nation. PS. Install a flag pole next to that All-American Smoker you built and fly that Red, White, and Blue when you are smokin'
