Went from original Juke to Ford Ecosport, changed after 6 months back to 2nd generation Juke, no regrets

I fully agree, had a Quasquai as first Nissan. That stole my heart immediately after haveing driven Opel for decennia. Then when it was time for an new car, we chose to buy a Juke first model. Never regretted it. Now waiting for the next....Juke, one like this. Can't wait!

I just saw my first one. I'm a sporty granny and I thought it was cute. I also like having the idea of not having four doors anymore. I almost never use my back seat. I have run out of ladies older than me to take to the store or viewing Christmas lights. That's' all I ever used it for. I am different so Maybe I need an off beat car. I like the idea that I can get a new car for the low 20's. Thanks for the review.

OSV reviews are very highly regarded but rarely mention reliability, which is of great importance to motorists..

Great review. For all people like to diss the Juke, it sells in its millions for some reason. My partner had a 2013 model tekna from new and loved it, I have to be fair only drove it a few times, however it was a surprisingly decent drive for the sector. Also for the full 7 yrs they owned the car it never ever had a problem and passed every MOT first time! They have just traded it in for a new model Tekna+ in the black and red pack- really looks great and the spec list is really impressive, alot more expensive models in this competitive sector have no where near as much tech or spec. Here's hoping for another 7yrs if not longer of trouble free motoring.

I actually really like the new design, it's sleek and modern unlike the old one which just looked odd and wonky. The interior is a bit over the top I admit. Even though it's cool looking, the practicality suffers, esp. the rear seat and trunk space. I've recently bought a Skoda Kamiq and it's just a more reasonable car for me, with plenty of space and enough bells and whistles for my taste. And in the rear my head doesn't bump up against the roof as it does in the Juke, or even the bigger Qashqai (and some other japanese models, like the Vitara and S-Cross). At almost 6" tall I would consider myself average male height and would like to ride comfortably in the back of the car.

I've had 6 Nissans, the juke could be my 7th??. Only thing putting me off is the engine size, 1.0 litre!!!.

That is a lot of money for a stupid 1 liter, a definite step back from the sweet, punchy 1.6 liter MR16DDT engine that was the newest engine from Nissan a few years ago. For the price of a base Jule you can buy a MG HS Base which has 17 inch alloy, 1.5 four cylinder turbo, Mid Size SUV with 7 year warranty. for an extra $1,000 the next trim gets synthetic leathers, key-less entry, Sat Nav, rear seat recline-able, lumber support for driver, LCD/analogue dash, climate control, chrome trim, fog lights, lots of USB charge ports, Leather steering wheel and gear knob, sport metal pedals, push button start, LED tail light, indicators on mirror, rear camera, and rear sensors, Driver Safety Suite systems, DRL, Adaptive cruise all for $30,990 Australia dollars Driver away and I forgot touchscreen 10 inch infotainment. I was Shocked I could not believe it... $31K drive away price

For me the new Nissan Juke ticks all the boxes. The 1.0 engine is the only thing that puts me off. I know, I took it for a test Drive last January and it was very slow and hard to keep up with the traffic.
