And I just need lettering done. And the crazy thing is that you can get a laser engraver about the size I referenced for $100!! wth!
Thanks! If you get to it quick enough, you can use a wet paper towel or something like a plastic scraper. Once it’s dry, you can sand it. The area where your actual image is should only have a thin layer left after squeegeeing the excess out, so you shouldn’t have to worry about that.

Hi, I know you said Abu laser jet works but I had a Xerox and yes it’s prints on the label paper but on exiting the machine, the rollers scratch off the toner in lines. Can I ask what laser printer you use please?
Hey Chris. Results are in. When trying this on stained, especially a darker stain, such as Cognac, it really darkens the appearance of the transfer. My recommendation is to only transfer very light images as they would contrast better.
Thank you so much! A beginner for emblems, photos from were I was born. The hard part like my jewelry how do you know how to price them if selling them? blessings
That’s something we all struggle with. Usually for items with a large material cost, people do around 3x materials and add in a percentage for their time. Sometimes I just have to ask myself what I would pay for something, then add in a little extra. If it doesn’t sell at that price, I lower it until I find what people are comfortable with paying, and I’m comfortable with selling at.

You can, but just keep in mind that anything white is actually clear. Lighter colors are also a little transparent, so it could change the color slightly depending on what the base color is.
I went to staples today to have them print my logos on this same paper and they told me the printer would get hot and melt the paper because of the wax. They wouldn't even try at least.

I haven’t tried that. The paper shouldn’t stick permanently because of the wax, but it might be best to try a small sample first.

I’m using an HP 178nw.
Do you really have to use laser printing? Or ink jet work?
Yea you have to use laser for this method. There’s special paper you can get, which I believe works for ink jets, but it’s pretty expensive.
Exactly what is mod podge and what exactly does it do?
Will this work with an ink printer, too?
Have you done this on stained wood or do you need unstained wood for this to work?
