Azumarill. Huge power, Adamant nature, Shell bell held item. Max out Physical Atk and Def with vitamins, wings, etc. 2 moves Play rough and Belly drum. Took me just over a third of the raid timer to win. CPU allies were Paldean Tauros(combat breed), Arcanine and Bellibolt. You should ONLY have to use Belly drum twice the whole raid, once on the first turn and once again after stat nullified and no ability status is applied to your team.
@@elisevanderwiel I used drain punch until I can Teralize, then 3 iron defends, just take a look in your HP, if is need use drain punch again, and when you are +6 in defense spam body press, I took 2 crits and didn’t die, no intimidators needed, bit if you have them they can help
For Violet players, Tera Fighting Iron Hands holding a metronome with drain punch and swords dance works very well. Just drain punch until stat reset, then Tera and swords dance three times and use drain punch as needed. Then just drain punch til win. Just make sure one of the CPUs brings a Pokémon with intimidate.
i see mine has life dew gardevoir, with glare dudunsparse and I also slither wing in pokemon violet against it despite type disadvantage of it using psychic fangs solo, and i was amazed it can handle it alone
I also used koraidon, with collision course, drain punch swords dance and I did a screech at the start. Also did a Defense cheer before the first psychic fang and earthquake
I did mine with Kommo-o. Iron Defense once Breaking Swipe till the reset Body Press when low on HP Iron Defense 3x Tera Body Press to victory Max HP, Max Defense Impish Nature Tera Stellar/Fighting

I did Kommo-o. Breaking swipe until Tera (fighting) to lower attack and he resets your stats. Iron defense until + 6 and body press away. Completed it with so much time to spare. Probs the easiest raid ever.
I used stamina archaludon with 252 hp 252 def rest on attack with +def -spa.atk nature. Turn 1 depends on allies, if there will be intimidators i use focus energy turn 1, if none breaking swipe 1 or 2 times since at the end of turn 2 it will be +2def neutral attack at minimum. The just spam breaking swipe until stats are cleansed the just do 2 iron defense.after 2 iron defense you will be technically at +6 def due to stamina and feraligatr hitting you 2x while setting up iron def. Then just let it rain with body press, max i used is 9 body press when i couldnt buy a crit even if focus energy is active.

Great video, thanks for the strategy. I just used my Azumarill I made for Charizard like a year or however long ago that was now and Feraligatr was obliterated. Just do a heal cheer after you belly drum if you wanna be safe and are doing it online with others. Feraligatr has nothing for Azumarill besides EQ, which even then doesn't do a ton of damage.
Why not setting up the sun again once you've fully set up? Reducing the damage from Liquidation doesn't matter anymore at this point I agree but don't forget that Koraidon's Attack receives a boost when the Sun is up, I think it would have sped up the process
I took him down with Skarmory Tera fighting, boost Defence and hp ivs to max with impish nature, moves is iron defence and body press with the shell bell held item If build like this Skarmorys defence is 416.
I did the same with a Corviknight I already had, combining Iron Defense and Screech. It's easy and straightforward unless you get crit after terastallizing.
I found an alternative item and method for Koraidon being the Metronome for after +3 Bulk Ups, and it's actually pretty easy, since Metronome increases damage after each use
Since Sunny Day isnt used, you could just Collision course to beat it faster since with the 2x stab, plus the 2x damage from it being a super effective move, saves DP pp as well as expiditing the shield ever so slightly
i love that my first time trying this build i instantly dont have a single intimidate mon as a cpu ally AND because i was knocled out by a crit i was put on the backfoot the entire raid and lost

I was able to beat Feraligator with Azumarill even without having an AI teammate with Intimidate. Fairy Tera; Max HP/ Max Att; Huge Power; Adamant Nature; Shell Bell; Play Rough, Belly Drum, Charm, Aqua Ring. Charm at least twice; set up Aqua Ring, use three Play Roughs to boost health more and charge up Tera, Belly Drum after stats are reset and Health is high enough, then Tera and Play Rough until you win.
For this raid I used Falinks Ability: Battle Armor, Item: Shell Bell Impish Nature. 252 Def, 228 HP, 28 Speed (To outspeed) Moves: Lunge, Iron Defense, Body Press and a filler move Use Lunge until it removes your buffs, then alternate between Iron Defense and Body Press for healing. Ideally you have either a Gardevoir partner for healing and/or Intimidate Partners. I know there's more reliable comps but I was glad to be able to do this the little guys.
I tried this, mine kept getting hit and KOd with Ice Punch. So I went with Annihilape. Oddly it rarley used Psychic Fangs, it liked Liquidation, Crunch and Ice Punch, with Swords Dance and Dragon Dance. It could not KO my Annihilape, I began with Screech and Bulk Up (using Drain Punch for health) continuing after it reset my side of the field, mixing it with Drain Punch (with Shell Bell), it got to a point where I was taking little damage so could set up my attk stat with Rage Punch, went Tera Fighting and began taking chunks until it fell with Drain Punch.
I just got incredibly lucky with my solo run. I had a staraptor for intimidate and then a gardevoir who kept life dewing me. So, I was able to get it with my good ol' iron hands.
I used Fairy Tera Vaporeon with Water Absorb and Leftovers: 252 SpA/HP Tera Blast, Acid Armor, Mud Slap, Calm Mind Really safe run, though time may be a bit of a nailbiter

I've never done it bc I don't want to mess up the daily resets but, if I do the day skip method, then after farming for how never long, when I set the time and date back to normal, will the next day be normal? Will it be as if I didn't use the day skip method? Or will I have the same outbreaks and raids as the days I was skipping?
It doesn't matter because the raids and outbreaks are always randomly decided. That said, it's usually worth checking the 6-star den in each region to see if you've got a raid that can potentially reward any combination of Herba Mystica such as Amoongus in Paldea, Snorlax in Kitakami, or Porygon2 in the Terarium. It's also worth noting that you can continue to farm this raid past when the event ends by simply not going online with your game after updating to get it in the first place. So don't feel pressured to do the day skip method if you don't want to. (not to mention there are other methods to shiny hunt, many of which have been covered on Osirus' channel if you're curious)

Why not use Swords Dance over Bulk Up? The Breaking Swipes lower Feraligatr's atk enough at the beginning that you don't need to worry about your Defense.
Swords Dance definitely makes this much faster. And when Feraligatr resets its stats and uses Dragon Dance, hitting it with Breaking Swipe at least once will help.
Hisulain Samurott demolished it for me, resists all attacks except earthquake which did nothing, Adamant nature, Shell Bell, max attack max defense, only used Swords Dance, Razor Shell and Sacred Sword. Terra Water.

I used the komo - o from the Infernape’s event and it was really easy, I took all the attacks really easy, even the psychic fangs

Used belly drum + play rough on Fairy Tera Azumarill and was very straight forward
I found that Shell Bell and Collision Course do the job pretty efficiently.
My Koraidon with 252 Speed EV instead of HP worked just as well. Thank you.

I did mine with Scope Lens Tera Fighting Koraidon. Breaking Swipe, Bulk Up, Drain Punch and Collision Course.
Wasn't particularly quick but ol' faithful Iron Hands easily took it down using just Belly Drum and Drain Punch.

Feraligatr's fourth Ice Punch unfortunately became a critial hit and Koraidon went down. And yet I won. Thanks, man. :)

I can't use Koraidon as a Violet trainer, but I do have a Stellar Arceus who cheesed it as expected.
What's benefit of stellar arceus? Honest question, only ever used tera normal or matching plate tera.

I've used the Life Orb Kommo-o w/ Belly Drum and Drain Punch.
So far, I'm 8/8 and the timer hasn't made it to the "g" in Feraligatr.

That said, it's usually worth checking the 6-star den in each region to see if you've got a raid that can potentially reward any combination of Herba Mystica such as Amoongus in Paldea, Snorlax in Kitakami, or Porygon2 in the Terarium.
It's also worth noting that you can continue to farm this raid past when the event ends by simply not going online with your game after updating to get it in the first place. So don't feel pressured to do the day skip method if you don't want to. (not to mention there are other methods to shiny hunt, many of which have been covered on Osirus' channel if you're curious)
There’s a way to reset the raids and mass outbreak by acting like your changing the date, but you’re not and it still resets, there’s a trick for it
Serious question, can you get banned for doing the date and time thing over and over?
You can do the date and time to farm shards but FERALIGATR can only catch once per save file

Hariyama Drain Punch with Intimidate teammates did the trick for me.
Moves used in the video (in order):
Turn 1-4: Breaking Swipe
(to charge our Tera Orb)
Turn 5: Terastallize and use Drain Punch
(Wait for Feraligatr to nullify stat boosts on our side of the field.)
Turn 6-11: Bulk Up
(Use Drain Punch in between Bulk Ups as needed to recover some health if you get low on health.)
Turn 12+: Drain Punch (till you win)

Why not use Swords Dance over Bulk Up? The Breaking Swipes lower Feraligatr's atk enough at the beginning that you don't need to worry about your Defense.
Swords Dance definitely makes this much faster. And when Feraligatr resets its stats and uses Dragon Dance, hitting it with Breaking Swipe at least once will help.
Hisulain Samurott demolished it for me, resists all attacks except earthquake which did nothing, Adamant nature, Shell Bell, max attack max defense, only used Swords Dance, Razor Shell and Sacred Sword. Terra Water.

Would b cool if they did them as shinies. I used a corviknight with body press and iron defense to catch both of mine holding the expert belt.

I think torterra is the last one for the raid hopefully we will get shiny Koraidon and shiny Miraidon

This worked well for me, and I already had a Zamazenta with this build so that was handy.
I did mine with scizor
I got lucky because I had two intimidate mons with me so I just brought IronHands and belly drum drain punch the rest of the raid 😂😂😂
