The state is just an idea and being blamed for this wrongdoing is not good. They might be dishonest individuals who aim to take advantage of a large number of people in order to topple the government and gain power.
I was diagnosed with late stage incurable Lymphoma 8 years ago. I'm in the last stage of this disease. I'm Extremely offended by those who are trying to stop me choosing to end MY life when I'm ready to do so.
In the light off, these regulations will never be implemented in the United States, Europe, or India. I also hope that England and Scotland will never be subject to similar laws.
@@God_is_Great-u3n So, this God...is it the God who killed thousands with the great flood so that only Noah and his family survived? Is this the God, who, according to the bible is responsible for everything and is, therefore, responsible for causing thousands upon thousands of people to suffer from a terminal illness in unbelievable agony until they die? I would prefer it if he was not real.
This evil bill must not happen. I’m pleased to know the church is making a stand on this bill. Cardinal Vincent Nichols, President of the Bishops’ Conference and Archbishop of Westminster, has issued a pastoral letter on assisted suicide that will be read in the churches of his diocese on the weekend of 12-13 October.
No, these are people who think it's inhumane to force someone to suffer through a terminal illness only to die anyway in the end, this bill gives them dignity and the right to choose how and when they do so and no longer have to live in pain. This isn't politics, this is human rights.
@@explorer47422 No, they're only choosing to make this about terminal illness in order to avoid difficult questions. They fully-intend to expand this later, but it's getting it over the legal line no matter what, and they will tell any lie to do so. Leadbeater lies repeatedly about safeguards, is never adequately challenged in interviews, and there is no equal promise of right to life.
Gosh I remember this. It's almost the same as a long time ago, when the government was considering allowing abortion. All the words about controls, and limits, and protections to ensure this and that.....almost the same. And that there would only be a few, and extreme cases only.... We all know how that all fell by the wayside, and latest numbers show some 240,000 abortions in the UK each year (up by 15pc from last year). And, a big business doing them with lots of clinics. That may be the future for "assisted dying". Note how the words used for this, and abortion, always disguise what is really taking place. Why not be honest and say " legalised murder" of babies, the elderly, the sick?
I hope that Ledbetter is held accountable for her choices, this is a Slippery Slope and open to abuse where "professals" have the power of their personal decision. WHERE will it end with people deemed worthless through illness or disability.
Are the doctors given the right to refuse to get involved in this process? Some of us have religious beliefs that stop us from killing under any circumstance.
My 82 yr old father has end stage MS and dementia. It would be so easy to convince him to agree to assisted dying. This bill is plain wrong; it must not pass. There is no such thing as a good death

I think that passing this law is , playing God on earth, God gives life and only him should take it away , human should assist people to live not to die.
There is no honour in this.. they will use this to cull we who have served and now suffer with all kinds of health issues. We are the product of the Blair, Bush wars. We deserve the help we need to live as normal a life as possible. I'm hoping one day the quack will green light me to return to work. Ptsd episodes aren't permanent they come and go.
they want the state to have power of life and death . .. .
No, utter nonsense, the state would have zero involvement in the final decision, stop sensationalising

Murder is a sin.
But if your relative is in a lot pf pain there is no quality of life or if they've got terminal cancer
How many times must we go through this. Your invisible friend does not exist.
Is this going to be all MPs or just Labour ones who is assisting them and when is it starting.
Very dangerous.. horrifying. I hope and pray this will not be become law.

I fear for the disabled.
Seriously? I’m supposed to listen to someone who can’t get their hair half right.
Abortion, suicide, drugs these liberals sure do love humans.
If only they would follow their own advice.
