I totally understand what you are saying but for a cat that is still a good size sailboat!!!! absolutely humble, amazing people and they know their limits! I think a 39'-40' sailboat is as big as you really want to go when solo sailing.
It's 20 below here with snow showers, viewing your fantastic episode's in the Bahamas is always immeasurable as a moral booster! Sierra is the provider.
To catch fresh mutton snapper, take a spinning rod with a >6ft of 30lb mono leader. Thread the line through a 6oz sinker and tie on a 6/0 hook. Hook a nice chunk of conch guts and throw it out behind the boat while sipping on a drink in the evening. Leave plenty of slack.
Sierra flavored water 11:20... 😜👍 I can totally tell that you three are settling in and getting more comfortable with the new boat. Maybe we viewers are doing the same?
Great hack for extra ice. 1) Fill a plastic Orange juice bottle 3/4 full of water (it will expand) and use that. Or use it to have cold water all day. 2) Fill some zip lock bags with water and freeze them.
Loved the sailboat animation and the spots you were going. Sierra good on you for bringing in the grub while Billy followed you! See ya next week guys!
That Toadfish stuff is the bomb. So glad you have a direct sponsor opportunity. Will become a member to find those great locations and learn which locations aren't so great.
That was a really cool vid... nice with the pole spear fishing tips and the cooking... Looks great and looking forward to the next great Tulas vid with some sailing and new islands... Fair Winds...
It's always fun to watch You two And the adventures that you take Us on. Thank you so much for taking the time to make these videos and take us long. I always hope you have favorable winds, Please stay healthy and safe until the next time!
After seeing the rain running off the back of the Solar panel covers as Sierra caught water in a bucket.I thought of cutting up a used gallon jug so you can hook over that edge with a hose to run the water back to your deck with a water hose to a larger plastic barrel to use for washing down
Hey Sierra, Billy and Jetty! I love this video. Simple just a day in the life. Seems like you got gypped on the weather though. Sierra, you were the bomb getting all the food for the day, cleaning up the boat. But I did notice that Billy took care of you at dinner. That was interesting. I didn’t know how to cook lobster. Thank🦞 explaining that Billy. You guys have fun and look forward to the next one. From LIZ in California.🦀🐙🐬🌊🦞⛵️🤟🏻🐕🐾🇺🇸😎
Catch, cook, and eat nothing like it. We would take our boat go out fishing for the day then do some crabbing and then lastly get some mussels. It is very gratifying when you catch and cook your own supper. Safe sailing and God Bless 🙏
You might have a spring loaded, or 3D printed so it snaps on and off (so it can be removed) diverter made that would snap onto the corner where the rain comes off and divert it so that it comes off over your sugar scoop. That way you could capture the water there on the scoop in a bucket, and take a shower standing on the sugar scoop using fresh rain water to bath with. Love your videos, nice to see you both enjoying the fruits of your labor.
Love watching the updates.... I remember the first "new" boat, and the new "girlfriend"..... makes me both happy and sad to see Jetty with white hairs on her chin, such a great life, but also a remind of how short those can be. Always the part of pets that kicks my butt.
You guys seem to be able to subsist off grid quite well in terms of diesel, propane, gasoline, water and power consumption and apparently sewage as well so very well done and you show us how you do in terms of food though it is definitely hard work to harvest the ocean's bounty... You blend in well with your environment adn the conditions.. I in comparison wimp out liking a dock each night with power, water and essentially unlimited food storage capacity... One thing we don't hear much about his cabin heat, humidity or air conditioning.. but the energy requirements to control our environment take consumption to a high level.. How has the washing machine been working out for you two?
Hi Billy and Sierra! Great video guys!! Can you put a link to the Home Depot storage drawer unit you put in your cupboard! Live that it slides in and clicks to lock. I can’t seem to find it on their site! Enjoy the Bahamas
OBSERVATION hi Sierra and billy. Your puppy has a little separation anxiety as u stated, u can get him some benadryl and give to him to make him a little tired an hour or 2 b4 u go diving or leave the boat. Of course test a few times while ur there to see how he reacts and consukt ur vet. Also, can u give an update on ur AC, boat repairs and washer? Lastly, becareful leaving that window string in front of that fan, you wouldnt want it to work its way in, wrap around the blades and overheat that fan. Great vids
We were anchored next to them earlier this year. Did not hear the dog barking at all when they left or when they were gone. Only time we heard barking was when they were returning, Jetty knows the sound of their dinghy!
Hi, such a nice peole you are. I am thinking about starting to live similar life and if you could share reasoning why did you choose Seawind instead of Lagoon, Outremer....
Hey Sierra, you mention to put rain water in the tank. On the other side you talked about a very salty boat. How long do you let the boat rinse before connecting the water tank?
Out of curiosity, what pole spears do you use? Lengths brand etc. Do you use primarily the flopper tip or something else as well? Thanks! And keep up the great job!
My kids would like to officially volunteer as dog sitters while you guys go off on your adventures and can't take her with... we just need to figure out the whole commute thing 😆
hey guys nice video I'll tell you one of the best places I found in the Bahamas for lobster believe it or not look for a big jetty Rock jetty I found some big lobster under Rock Jetties near towns my only problem is last time I was in the Bahamas it was not lobster season and I'm telling you the lobsters I saw my God could have fed three people maybe for and there was three or four big guys in about 2 ft of water
Hi guys!! Loooong time followers and have enjoyed every minute and even shared the anticipation of “Laurie Sue” !!! Love you guys AND Jetty!!! We bought a $100 countertop ice maker and it’s theBOMB!! Runs on A/C makes little round crunchy ice cubes with holes and is super FAST. We run it for a few hours and fill a Tupperware tub in the freezer and shut it off!! You’d Love it!! We had full intentions of meeting you last year in Annapolis but we got as far as Georgia in our RV, had a medical emergency and had to head back to San Antonio 😢 Maybe next year or we can catch up to you in Florida sometime! Love the new cat and getting a real kick out of your enjoyment!!! Smooth Sailing and Love, George & Janice
Wonder if the sos version on that works the same way as the one for land in the US. I guess in some instances you can be charged around 60 grand if you don't have the special airlift insurance to cover it.
How much does your breath hold ability change if you haven’t been doing it much? Or conversely, does it improve noticeably when you’re spearfishing frequently?
Induction cooking puts a huge drain on your battery bank and also with barbecuing outside quite a lot why wouldn’t they use gas it’s clean efficient safe and popular in most places in the world I’ll bet on overcast days many a channel out there who jumped at induction and having to charge their batteries to eat wished they hadn’t joined the in crowd
Sierra, Billy, and Jetty = Awesome!!!!! You guys have the best show, on any platform. Thanks for taking us along. Can’t wait till next week.
Nice to you people (you guys) embrace the rain and not complain about it!
Like that you have a cat which is not to big, and not designed with over complicated systems. Great videos of life aboard.
I totally understand what you are saying but for a cat that is still a good size sailboat!!!! absolutely humble, amazing people and they know their limits! I think a 39'-40' sailboat is as big as you really want to go when solo sailing.
fresh water showers.....soooo underrated
You three make me so happy. Thanks for having me!
Perfect size Cat and great to see you two back sailing and in the water.
Yeah! Making Lennon aid out of lemons, embrace the rain.
You guys are so fun to watch. Love Jetty, she is so sweet! I think Sierra was the star of this one! Hunter/water gatherer and certified peach! 🙂
Seriously the boat on a stick 🤣⛵️
It's 20 below here with snow showers, viewing your fantastic episode's in the Bahamas is always immeasurable as a moral booster! Sierra is the provider.
Y'all are having just way too much enjoyment on your new boat. Really fun to watch.
I love you kids. Sierra is a Warrior Princess! And a man who can and will cook is golden. Billy is a keeper too! Safe travels ❤
We just got about six inches of heavy wet snow, so this video helps me cope. Thanks!
❤ you guys
Yall being in the Bahamas makes me happy.
Scoping fish and conch from the dingy, We call that "road hunting" out West... Sierra is bringing home the hogs!
Phew! Gonna take a nap after watching you 3 today! Awesome. Loving the Cat... But then I would! Have fun ❤
Sierra flavored water 11:20... 😜👍

Such enthusiasm. Always entertaining.

Great episode. Love how you work so well together. Just get it done.
That sailboat animation was effective. :)
That was a really cool vid... nice with the pole spear fishing tips and the cooking... Looks great and looking forward to the next great Tulas vid with some sailing and new islands... Fair Winds...
Thanks for sharing your life! I finally joined! I don't know what took me so long because I have followed you for years...😄
Sierra, the Huntress. 🔱
Thanks for sharing.
It's always fun to watch You two And the adventures that you take Us on. Thank you so much for taking the time to make these videos and take us long. I always hope you have favorable winds, Please stay healthy and safe until the next time!
Love, love, love the added boat on a stick 😜. #morejettyplease

You both are definitely in your home and where the smiles on your faces just radiates your love for how and what you're doing

Great video. Digging the Florida Freediver’s suits. Great store.
I really love watching your videos! Wish they ran for an hour. So interesting!

Living that Bahamian life❤❤ absolutely jealous 💯 Much love from the coast of Maine 🤙 ❤️

We should get a day in the life of jetty while you all are out adventuring. I bet someone makes a collar with a camera built in😂

Awesome video
You guys have great lungs, long time under the water, cool...
I wish I was there with y'all to babysit Jeddy while you're gone from the boat.
Nice easy living🎉

Merci pour le « bon appétit » 🇫🇷 voilier Girighiz 5 👍
Ice to see you back on board. So is this the Cat you had built?❤
Got a thumps up from me after 5 minutes 😛
Those lobsters look mouthwatering. Is it time for a cookbook ? Thank you
what team work , you will never make the move to dry land again
Butternut squash is a pain to cut when it's raw. But if you place it in some boiling water for about 10 minutes, it will cut easily.
You guys are cute together
That first dive, that coral looked like there wasnt much of anything to eat.
I look for the wave but it was gone. 😌
Omg that look good libsters
Eat well

I live in Hawaii and cold and windy too.
Gusts up to 50MPH ☹️
So great to see you guys back down there . Any plans to circle navigate ?

Thanks so much Jim! Here is a link to the outboard tiller extension amzn.to/3SOTygN

Great video guys! Have you any on going issues with your new boat? Thank you! ⛵️🎣⚓️🍻
Do you guys think you'll be in Annapolis in October?
What brand fans are you using on the boat?
Wonder if the sos version on that works the same way as the one for land in the US. I guess in some instances you can be charged around 60 grand if you don't have the special airlift insurance to cover it.
I was wondering if the Bahamas were having the same cold and wet weather as we are experiencing in Florida….
How much does your breath hold ability change if you haven’t been doing it much? Or conversely, does it improve noticeably when you’re spearfishing frequently?
Hunter Gatherer wife!
How long can you guys hold your breathe?
Hey !
What is the temperature range where you are ?
Air temp Night / Day and Water temp.
Hope you lock Jetty inside when you leave the boat? Don't want her jumping overboard looking for you!
Do you guys really need wet suites in Bahamas? I thought it was warm.
👍
Weird question. How do y'all like your fans. As do they work well. How much draw on your Solar.
Have you ever considered an Induction cooktop for cooking rather than using gas?
Induction cooking puts a huge drain on your battery bank and also with barbecuing outside quite a lot why wouldn’t they use gas it’s clean efficient safe and popular in most places in the world I’ll bet on overcast days many a channel out there who jumped at induction and having to charge their batteries to eat wished they hadn’t joined the in crowd
Nice to see S"ierra the huntess atw ork
Just like a trip to Walmart...well, not exactly.
Sadly conch is not a sustainable fishery any more. I have stopped harvesting them. They are doomed with current regulations.
Love the content but 6 adverts in a 17 minute video is too much.
