The one with the pony tail is so so good. Being able to activate patrols without being seen and assessing your enemies before they see you and then setting up your knights before the fight? Amazing. Plus you get an insta kill on an organic target
Callidus. My second choice for glorious melee comp.
That Culexus is going to be my GO TOO for this.
Even if his very presence is probably going to make every Grey Knight around him get the ULTRAHIVES
That is the neat thing - Culexus Assassins can control their Pariah field using their special helmets, so the enemy goes funky but your friends don't!

Thanks man. I moved into a new apartment and kinda starting over again so it feels great. Also don't spend money because I am excited about something, lol. I have just been an Officio Assassinorium fan for like 20 years and it's great to see the entire crew materialize in a game properly.

I haven't gotten a chance yet to test the new features out, but I had heard that a critical element of how the Eversor works is applying tons of Bleed stacks on enemies and then being able to trigger all of their Bleed stacks for massive spike damage. So I wonder if, depending on how it turns out it all actually works, slapping these large numbers of Bleed stacks on various things is less about it being remotely likely that people will wait around for targets to bleed to death and more about potential synergy with the Eversor... as he presumably doesn't need to use his AP applying Bleed if someone else already has for him, so instead you could have a Grey Knight put a bunch of Bleed onto a target and then the Eversor uses those stacks to nuke the target. Quite possibly still too slow and inefficient for Legendary difficulty, but that at least was what came to my mind when I saw all the Bleed changes.
That could work. The main thing about legendary difficulty is getting the most out of every single action point spent. If the bleed nuke takes two action points to execute then it needs to either cripple or kill two targets simulatenously otherwise it's not worth it on legendary. It's why ability like psychic fortress arent good in legendary because you have to spend two points to perform a single action, one to apply armor on yourself and one to transfer it to an ally.
Waiting for a Legendary difficult build, this difficult it's just merciless.
I picked the Callidus first, just because I thought the espionage style looked good for me just being on my first playthrough, having some scouting looks nice. They all look really good though, it was hard to choose what to get for the freebie. I've been rinsing Req on gear as well, so it's not like I have lots spare right now. I'm actually going into my 4th meeting with far less than I need (especially since we can level up the Assassins shop as well)
I had way more than enough for the first 3, and timed stuff badly for the 4th, so going into it with 8. Mighty do nades, armour, melee and then something for the Assassin.
I got a level one "Philosopher's Robes" for my Calliduss though, which gives me 2 x slots (1 innate and 1 from green level up) and also 25% AP back when you attack from her mask ability. Might be one of her best armours (I mean it was perfect out the gate for me as I'm running her in place of an apothecary)
apparently she is good to team with an Apoth though for using her anti ranged ability combined with the apothecaries immobilize. I don't have that skill though so can't do that combo.
Do you think you could do a challenge run using only assassins?
Most definitely. But the issue is each build I have to do I have to play atleast 200-400 days worth of in game time which amount to 20+ hours of gameplay to just to create a single build video. I will but it will take some time.
Eversor assassin who is not a assassin but more of a madman on steroids throwing bombs on the right and slashing with knives on the left. High to the point of insanity that all he can say is "my kill" only a hundred times a hundred times faster. And between missions, he sleeps in stasis and watches the same movie of skinning little dogs and cats. Still, it's the coolest of killers. Bro, show me what you can do with it! Regards.
You don't need me to sell him to me. I was sold on the character 20 years ago. Absolutely amazing unit and I cant wait to try him.
